One of the top defensive players in program history, McNabb was a four-year standout for the Beavers. A two-time National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-New England first-team selection, he earned All-America honorable mention honors from the NSCAA in 1982 and All-America first-team accolades as a senior in 1983. McNabb helped the program to an overall record of 53-13-7 and four NCAA Tournament berths, and was part of the Green and White’s third national championship squad in 1980. During his time at Babson, he helped anchor a defense that posted 45 shutouts and conceded just 39 goals in 73 games. McNabb also contributed one goal and four assists for six points.
