Babson Athletics Hall of Fame
One of the finest coaches to ever grace a Babson sideline, Anderson has amassed the most victories, conference titles, and postseason appearances in the history of the men's soccer program. In his 30 seasons at the helm, he has guided the Beavers to 370 victories, 166losses, and 64 ties for a career winning percentage of .670. While under Anderson’s tutelage, Babson has finished below .500 only three times in nearly as many decades while earning 15 NCAA Tournament bids and winning 12 conference championships. His teams’ many accomplishments include an NCAA Final Four appearance in 1991, an ECAC New England Championship in 1997, and a 40-game conference unbeaten streak that spanned six seasons from 2008-13. Also a three-year starter and a member of Babson's 1975 national championship team, Anderson has been selected as a conference coach of the year nine times and was named New England Coach of the Year following the 1992, 2004, and 2011 seasons.Â
