Babson Athletics Hall of Fame
A dedicated and versatile athlete, Johann Saurbier is recognized as one of the most talented racket players in the history of Babson College. Establishing himself on both the tennis and squash courts, Saurbier twice delivered Most Valuable Player performances in each sport. Voted a two-sport captain in his final year, Saurbier went on to win both the New England Doubles Championship and the ECAC Singles Championship, and was later named Babson's 1987 Senior Athlete of the Year.Â
