Babson College

Babson's first track & field All-American, Decker also was selected as the program's first NEWMAC Track Athlete of the Year in 2017 and was a five-time conference champion and a six-time all-league honoree in addition to claiming nine All-New England honors during his four-year career. He owns the program's top 10 times in the 800 meters and set a school record with a time of 1:50.48 in the prelims before placing fourth in the finals of the event at the 2017 NCAA Championships. Decker also finished 11th in the 800 meters at the 2018 NCAA Championships and is one of nine individuals in cross country program history to earn All-NEWMAC honors by coming in 12th at the 2017 league meet.
