SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 3-11 all-time against Rhode Island College in a series that dates back to 1976.
• The Beavers and Anchormen played six times from 1976-83 and met eight times from 2005-13 but Thursday's contest will be the first between the programs in 13 seasons.

• Chris Kucher '13 hit a solo home run and was one of three players along with
Conor Kortmann '13 and Pat Matvicuk '13 to finish with two hits as Babson defeated Rhode Island College, 7-3, on April 25, 2013, in Providence, R.I.
• Sean MacPhee '15 doubled and knocked in a pair of runs and Brody Loughlin '16 carried a shutout into the ninth inning and struck out eight in a complete-game effort for the Beavers, who finished with 10 hits and took advantage of four errors by the Anchormen.
• Kevin Carey singled three times and Alex Verrecchia went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored for Rhode Island College.

Zander Teator has converted all four of his save opportunities and has 10 strikeouts while holding opposing hitters to a .176 average over 5.0 innings out of the bullpen this spring.
SCOUTING THE ANCHORMEN
• Rhode Island College (3-15) has won two straight games on the heels of an 11-game losing streak after defeating Wentworth, 6-2, on Wednesday.
• George Threats went 3-for-4 with an RBI double, Jace Wolfradt singled twice, drove in a run and scored once, and Jack Novak finished with two RBI for the Anchormen, which got eight strikeouts over 7.0 innings from Cameron Laramee.
• Daniel Cascio is batting .322 with two homers, two doubles, 11 RBI and 10 runs scored, Threats has raised his average to .304 with five doubles, a home run, seven RBI and seven runs scored, and Aiden Bolwell is hitting .281 with three doubles and six runs batted in.
• Wolfradt is 0-2 with a 2.35 ERA in 7.2 innings, Stephen Sullivan (1-2, 10.32 ERA) has recorded 13 strikeouts in 11.1 innings pitched and Ben Nowinski (0-3, 98.74 ERA) has 19 strikeouts in 22.2 innings this sprin
GOING STREAKING
• Despite seeing his 10-game hitting streak end in Tuesday's loss at Salve Regina, Valente got plunked twice and has now reached base safely in 11 consecutive starts.
• Saft enters Thursday's contest riding a four-game hitting streak and has reached safely in each of his last six starts.
MOVING UP THE CHARTS
• Teator recorded his fourth save of the season in the Beavers' 5-3 win over UMass Boston and now has 16 career saves, which ranks second in program history behind only Matt Cuneo '18, who recorded 20 from 2015-18.
• Teator needs just one more save this spring to become the first Babson closer to register at least five saves in three consecutive seasons.
CALL TO THE 'PEN
• Sophomore
Graydon Vyse has not allowed a run in three of his last four relief appearances and retired all three batters he faced in the Beavers' wins over Wheaton on March 31 and UMass Boston last Saturday.

Michael Camardi recorded a season-high four strikeouts over 2.0 innings against Salve Regina on Tuesday.

Tristan Pearl has eight strikeouts and a 2.89 ERA in 9.1 innings over five appearances out of the bullpen this spring.
GOVONI FIELD TRENDS
• Babson, which will play 11 of its next 13 games at home, has smacked 11 doubles and two home runs while going 3-2 over its first five contests at Govoni Field this spring.
• Christensen is batting 7-for-16 (.438) with three RBI and four runs scored, Saft has a homer, a double and seven RBI in three home starts, and Valente is hitting .353 (6-for-17) with a home run, four doubles and five runs batted in to go along with a five-game hitting streak at Govoni Field.

Dante D'Avanzo has seen action in three of Babson's first five games at home and is 2-for-6 (.333) at the dish with a double and five runs batted in.
