PROVIDENCE, R.I.— Babson College seniors Ian Driscoll (Middleton, Mass.) and Nate Mueller (Rogers, Minn.) earned Little East Conference (LEC) men's ice hockey weekly honors on Monday as Driscoll was tabbed Player of the Week and Mueller was named Goaltender of the Week for the third time this season.

Driscoll produced two goals and three assists for five points and was selected as the tournament most valuable player as No. 10 Babson captured the Oswego State Holiday Classic title. He scored the opening goal of the game and recorded three second-period assists on the way to recording a career-high four points in Friday's 8-4 win over Elmira, and followed it up with another first-period tally on Saturday as the Beavers defeated Williams 4-2 in the championship game.

The senior forward is fourth on the team in scoring this season with five goals and four assists for nine points and ranks sixth on the team with a +5 plus/minus rating.

Mueller went 2-0 with a 1.80 goals against average and stopped 32 of 35 shots for a .914 save percentage while being named to the all-tournament team as No. 10 Babson captured the Oswego Holiday Classic over the weekend. The senior netminder made 18 saves over the first two periods as the Beavers built a seven-goal lead in an 8-4 win over Elmira on Friday and followed it up with 14 saves in Saturday's 4-2 victory over Williams.

The senior goalie is unbeaten in nine starts (7-0-2) and ranks second in the LEC with a 1.81 goals against average and third with a .923 save percentage. He ranks 12th in Division III in GAA and 37th in save percentage as well as fifth in winning percentage (.889).

Babson (9-1-2, 4-0-1 LEC) returns to LEC action this week, hosting Plymouth State on Friday at 7 p.m. and New England College on Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Babson Skating Center.
