MARLBOROUGH, Mass.—Babson College first-year forward Autumn Simon (Sharon, Mass.) was tabbed the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Women's Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week on Monday .

Simon scored her first collegiate goal to lift Babson to a 1-0 at WPI on Saturday afternoon. The first-year forward notched the go-ahead marker in the 42nd minute as the Beavers improved to 3-0 in conference play for the first time since 2016.

A starter in five of her nine appearances as a rookie, Simon is third on the team with four points on a goal and two assists. She collected an assist in draws at Union back on September 6 and vs. Hamilton on September 21.

Babson (4-1-4, 3-0-0 NEWMAC) is home on Wednesday to host Clark at 3 p.m. at Hartwell-Rogers Field.
