MIDDLEBURY, Vt.—Babson College sophomore Max Lidman (Stockholm, Sweden) saw his run through the B singles draw at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Championships come to an end in the semifinals on Sunday afternoon. 

Lidman, who had won each of his first four matches over the first two days of the tournament, claimed the opening set in a tiebreaker before falling 6-7 (4-7), 6-3, 10-6 to top-seeded Jackson Rich of Tufts. 

The ITA New England Championships was the final tournament for the fall for the Beavers, who will resume their season in late January.
