Women's Golf Releases 2026 Fall Schedule

BABSON PARK, Mass.— Coming off a successful season that included capturing the inaugural Colonial Women's Golf Conference (CWGC) championship and a national ranking of No. 22 in Division III, the Babson College women's golf program released the fall portion of the team's 2026-27 schedule on Tuesday.

The announcement came just a week after Babson named Alexander Jones as its new men's and women's golf head coach. Jones joins the Beavers' staff following a successful three-year stint as the assistant men's and women's golf coach at Denison University in Granville, Ohio.

The Green and White will begin its fourth varsity season with four 36-hole tournaments this fall, including its conference championship tournament. The season tees off on September 12-13 at the Bowdoin Polar Bear Challenge at the Brunswick Golf Club in Brunswick, Maine.

The Beavers will head to Williamstown, Massachusetts for the Williams Invitational at Taconic Golf Club on September 26-27. After competing at the Hamilton Invitational on October 3-4 at the Rome (N.Y.) Country Club, the fall portion of the schedule winds up at the CWGC Championship on October 26-27 at the Wyncote Golf Club in Oxford, Pa.

Babson placed 10th at the Williams Tournament last fall followed by a sixth-place showing at the Polar Bear Shootout before claiming the first CWGC title ahead of second-place Christopher Newport and third-place Salisbury.

Coach Jones will announce the spring portion of his team's schedule in January.
