Quinn Dennehy (Mendon, Vt.) recorded her third runner-up finish of the season to help the Babson College women's alpine ski team come in second in the slalom at Pat's Peak on Saturday.
Despite finishing behind Castleton in Saturday's race, the Beavers secured their third consecutive second-place finish in the MacConnell Division regular season standings.
Dennehy posted a two-run time of 1:42.21, which was just over half a second behind Emilie Reinert Stene of Castleton, to earn her fourth podium finish of the year. Junior
Sonnie Travis (Park City, Utah) also recorded a top-10 result coming in sixth with a time of 1:45.42.
Sophomore
Camryn Knowlton (Montreal, Quebec) came in 12th in a time of 1:52.33, junior
Riley Jerome (Bethel, Maine) was just over a second behind her in 14th position with a time of 1:53.71 and classmate
Ava Butler (Goshen, Conn.) placed 16th with a time of 1:55.43.
Babson concludes its regular season on Sunday with a giant slalom race at Waterville Valley.
