MARLBOROUGH, Mass.— For the second time this season, Babson College junior David Krol (Grafton, Wis.) was named New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Men's Diver of the Week on Monday afternoon.
 
Krol came in first in both diving events to help Babson defeat Bridgewater State in a dual meet on Saturday. He recorded his second highest six-dive score of the year (312.75) on the 1-meter board and posted a season-best total of 319.20 points in the 3-meter event to earn 18 points for the Beavers.

A nine-time career recipient of the NEWMAC Diver of the Week, Krol owns program records for six-dive performances on both boards and will make his third straight appearance at the NCAA Regional Diving Championships on February 27-28 in New London, Conn.

The Beavers (7-1) will compete in the final dual meet of the season on February 7 at Springfield at 11 a.m.
