SCOUTING THE LASERS
• Lasell (18-7) has won five straight and 11 of its last 12 games after defeating Elms, 9-1, on Sunday.
• Tim Callahan and Connor Freitas both drove in three runs, CJ Mills doubled, walked and scored three times, and Matthew Fletcher struck out eight and allowed just four hits over 7.0 shutout innings for the Lasers, who pulled away with a five-run ninth inning.
• Callahan is batting .464 with 11 doubles, 22 RBI, 17 stolen bases and 28 runs scored, Scott Lyon is hitting .352 with four homers, nine doubles, 25 RBI and 18 runs scored, and Freitas boasts a .352 average to go along with three doubles, two home runs, 25 RBI and 17 runs scored.

SCOUTING THE JUMBOS
• Tufts (12-13) has won two straight games after defeating Bowdoin, 10-2, to conclude a three-game set on Monday night in Medford.
• Cooper Smith went 4-for-5 with an RBI, Ben Leonard hit a two-run homer and Jacob Lapp struck out seven and allowed just two runs over 7.1 innings for the Jumbos, who had six different players drive in a run in the victory.
• Smith is batting .354 with three doubles, a home run, 16 RBI and 17 runs scored, Leonard is hitting .298 with four homers, seven doubles, 14 RBI and 23 runs scored, and Max Pavlik owns a .273 average to go along with three home runs and a team-high 22 runs batted in.
