SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 39-39 all-time against Clark in a series that dates back to the 1934-35 campaign.
• The Beavers have won 15 of their last 16 games against the Cougars since 2014.
• The Green and White has split a pair of overtime games with Clark in its last two visits to the Kneller Athletic Center and three of the last four games between the teams in Worcester have been decided by four points or less.

LAST MEETING
• Graduate student Ryan Cibull led four players in double figures with 18 points and the Beavers built a 22-point first-half lead on the way to defeating Clark, 87-64, on January 25 in Babson Park.
• Senior Aaron Gao, who went 6-of-6 from the floor, and sophomore Nate Amdo both scored 15 points and sophomore David Cross added 10 points for Babson, which shot 51.5 percent and knocked down 14 three-pointers.
• Sophomore Isaiah Taylor led five players in double figures with 15 points, while classmate Kekoa McArdle posted a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds for the Cougars.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (14-8, 7-4 NEWMAC) has won six of its last seven games after dispatching Springfield, 82-73, on Wednesday night.
• Senior Andrew Kirkpatrick scored a career-high 24 points and Amado added 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Beavers, who led by as many as 22 points late in the first half.
• Amado (17.9 pts, 7.1 reb) ranks fourth in the conference in scoring and fifth in rebounding, Kirkpatrick (14.7 pts, 2.9 ast) is shooting 48 percent over his last four games and Cibull (10.4 pts, 3.0 ast) is connecting at a 42.9 percent clip from beyond the arc.
• The Green and White ranks third in league play in both scoring defense (61.3 points) and defensive efficiency holding opponents to just 0.88 points per possession.

SCOUTING THE COUGARS
• Clark (13-9, 5-6 NEWMAC) had won three straight games before suffering a 73-71 loss to Wheaton on Wednesday night.
• McArdle scored 15 points on 6-of-10 shooting, Mikey O'Brien contributed 12 points and Ian Calabrese chipped in with 11 off the bench for the Cougars, who led by as many as 14 early in the second half.
• Taylor (17.1 pts, 4.3 ast, 4.1 reb) ranks fifth in the conference in scoring, junior Bruce Saintilus (15.5 pts, 4.9 reb) is shooting 46.4 percent from the floor and has gone 24-of-25 at the free throw line over the last five games, and first-year Reid Neumann (11.1 pts, 4.5 reb) has made a league-best 60 three-pointers on the year.
• Clark ranks second in NEWMAC play in scoring offense putting up 77.1 points and is averaging 10.9 three-pointers per outing.

FIGHTING FOR SEEDING
• The Beavers have rallied from a 1-3 start in conference play and enter the final three games of the regular season tied for third place alongside Wheaton and trailing first-place WPI (10-1) by two games and second-place Emerson (8-3) by a single game in the standings.
• All four teams have clinched a berth in the NEWMAC Tournament, while Clark can secure the fifth and final berth with a win or a loss by Springfield on Saturday.
• The top three seeds will advance to the semifinals on February 23, while the fourth and fifth seeds will meet in a quarterfinal on February 21.

FORWARDS IN FOCUS
• First-year Mark Woolhouse scored a career-high 13 points in Wednesday's win over Springfield on 6-of-8 shooting and is averaging 11.5 points while shooting 62.5 percent over the last two games.
• Woolhouse is averaging 6.0 rebounds over his last five outings, while classmate Tyler Lauder has grabbed at least six boards in six of his last seven games and is averaging 8.2 caroms during this stretch.

FINDING HIS GAME
• In 11 starts going back to December 8, Cibull is averaging 14.5 points and has scored in double figures 10 times.
• He is shooting 54.3 percent from the floor 51 percent from three-point range while handing out 3.5 assists per game.

NUMBERS TO KNOW
• Babson is 9-3 over the last two seasons on the road against NEWMAC opponents.
• The Beavers are 9-1 this season and have won 42 of their last 45 games since the start of the 2019-20 campaign when outrebounding their foes.
• Babson, which ranks 40th in Division III in defensive efficiency, has held nine of its last 10 opponents to 64 points or fewer.
• The Green and White is 16-1 going back to the start of last year when hitting nine or more three-pointers.
