• Babson (4-3-2, 2-0-1 NEWMAC) is looking to bounce back after seeing its four-game unbeaten streak come to an end in a 5-2 non-conference setback at Bowdoin on Sunday in Brunswick, Maine.
• Ferrantino scored a pair of goals and seniors

Callahan Cottone made five of her six saves in the first half.
• Ferrantino (5-1-6) is now tied for second in the NEWMAC in goals and points. Krauss (3-3-9) leads the team in assists and Maltbie (2-1-5) and fellow senior
Cassie Lawson (2-0-4) are multi-goal scorers.
• Cottone (1.38 GAA, .810 sv pct) has started all nine games for the Beavers and ranks third in the NEWMAC with four shutouts.
SCOUTING THE ENGINEERS
• WPI (6-4-1, 2-1-1 NEWMAC) brings a four-game unbeaten streak (3-0-1) into Wednesday's contest, including a 0-0 draw at Smith last Saturday.
• The Engineers had a 9-8 advantage in total shots but the Pioneers put more attempts on goal by a 5-4 count. Hellerman made five saves to post the clean sheet for the Crimson and Gray.
• Senior Hannah Wolfgang (3-0-6), junior Lottie McLeod (2-2-6) and first-year Maeve Steckley (2-2-6) share the team scoring lead for the Engineers, who have outscored their opponents 16-11 in their 11 games. Nine different players have scored for WPI.
• Hellerman (5-3-1, 0.78 GAA, .857 sv pct) has started the last nine games with five shutouts after sophomore Riann Divine (1-1, 2.00 GAA, .500 sv pct) earned the nod in the first two games of the season.
NEWMAC NOTES
• Babson is 14-3-6 in its last 23 games against NEWMAC foes dating back to 2021, including the post-season.
• The Beavers are 50-4-4 when scoring at least two goals in NEWMAC games dating back to Sept. 18, 2012.
THE STREAK STOPS THERE
• Babson had scored the first goal in its first nine games this season before Bowdoin struck first on Sunday.
• The Green and White had outshot its last four opponents until the Polar Bears finished with a 16-9 shot advantage.

• Ferrantino has four goals and an assist in her last four games
• Krauss, who has at least one point in six of her nine outings, had a four-game point streak snapped in the loss at Bowdoin.
