SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 8-0 all-time against Salve Regina in a series that dates back to 2001.
• Saturday's match will be the first between the teams since 2016 as well as the first as conference opponents.
• The Beavers have won all three road games in the all-time series and have not conceded a goal over their last five matches against the Seahawks although Saturday's fixture is just the second between the sides since 2007.
LAST MEETING
• Jessica Fernandes '19 scored a goal in each half as the Beavers defeated Salve Regina, 2-0, on October 11, 2016, in Babson Park.
• Fernandes opened the scoring in the 31st minute and completed her brace in the 58th minute for the Beavers, who got three combined saves from Elizabeth Mycock '19 and Madison Gierschick '19.
• Carly Pala made eight saves for the Seahawks.
SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (8-5-2, 6-1-1 NEWMAC) has won is last two games and is coming off a 2-1 victory over No. 9 MIT on Wednesday afternoon.

SCOUTING THE SEAHAWKS
• Salve Regina (4-6-4, 2-6-0 NEWMAC) snapped a four-game losing streak with a 1-0 win over Wheaton on Wednesday.
• Hannah Daniewicz scored in the ninth minute and Sabrina Lawless made it stand up with five saves for the Seahawks, who outshot the Lyons 15-8.
• Daniewicz (5-0-10) is tied for sixth in the conference in goals, Olivia Tacconi (2-3-7) leads the team in assists and Sara Wiejkus has scored three times on the year.
• Lawless (1-1-1) has started the last three matches and boasts a 0.98 goals against average and a .870 save percentage in five games, while Reagan Moffatt (3-4-3) owns a 1.92 goals against average and a .750 save percentage in 12 starts this fall.
PLAYOFF PUSH
• With three games remaining in the regular season, the Beavers have secured a spot in the upcoming NEWMAC Tournament and are well-positioned to earn a top-four seed and a home match in the quarterfinals on October 31.
• The Beavers are currently second in league standings with 19 points and now trail first-place MIT by just two points. Emerson, which handed the Green and White its lone conference defeat, is sits in third place with 17 points, while Springfield is currently fourth with 16 points.
• Salve Regina is four points behind Wellesley, which currently owns the eighth and final playoff spot.
PICKING OFF RANKED FOES
• Wednesday's victory marked the second time over the last two seasons that the Beavers have knocked off a nationally-ranked opponent.
• In addition to the win over MIT, the Green and White scored a 4-3 victory at then-21st-ranked Brandeis on September 7, 2022.
• Wednesday's result represented Babson's highest ranked win since September 5, 2010, when it defeated No. 8 Ithaca, 1-0.
BEAVER BITES
• Ryan's 12 saves in Wednesday's win are the most by a Babson goalkeeper since 2019 when
Morgan Fedosiewich '23 turned away 18 shots in a 4-0 loss to MIT.
• Ferrantino has now produced six goals over the last eight games.

Cassie Lawson provided the assist on Ferrantino's goal in Wednesday's win over MIT and also set up Maltbie's header off a corner kick in last Saturday's victory at Smith.
NUMBERS TO KNOW
• The Beavers have won three straight games and are 4-1-1 this season on the road.
• Babson is 6-0-2 this season and has gone 58-1-5 going back to September 2013 when leading at halftime.
• The Green and White is 7-0-1 this fall and 29-2-7 over the last three years when conceding one goal or fewer.
