SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 21-24 all-time against Brandeis in a series that dates back to the 1974-75 campaign.
• The Beavers have dropped their last two games against the Judges on the heels of a three-game winning streak in the series from 2013-17.
• Four of the last seven matchups between the teams have been decided by eight points or less.

LAST MEETING
• Collin Sawyer led three players in double figures with 18 points as Brandeis defeated Babson, 72-65, on December 3, 2021, in Waltham, Mass.
• Chandler Jones posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds and senior Dylan Lien added 13 points for the Judges, who finished with a 44-35 edge on the glass.
Mitchell Kirsch M'22 scored a game-high 20 points to go along with six rebounds and four assists to pace the Beavers, who outscored the hosts 34-18 in the paint.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (5-3) is coming off a 70-59 win over Bates back on December 1.
• Senior Andrew Kirkpatrick scored a game-high 20 points and sophomore Nate Amado contributed 11 points, eight rebounds, five steals and three assists for the Beavers, who forced 20 turnovers and limited the Bobcats to 33.3 percent shooting.
• Amado (22.3 pts, 8.0 reb) ranks 21st in Division III in scoring, Kirkpatrick (14.6 pts, 3.6 ast, 2.0 stl) has scored in double figures in six of eight games, and sophomore Parker Mason is averaging 7.3 points and 5.1 rebounds in seven starts.
• The Green and White is pulling down 12.6 offensive rebounds per game and are forcing 16.8 turnovers.

SCOUTING THE JUDGES
• Brandeis (7-1) bounced back from last Saturday's loss to Colby by defeating Bates, 68-58, last Sunday.
• Sophomore Toby Harris finished with 24 points and 13 rebounds, while first-year Ethan Edwards added 20 points, five assists and four steals for the Judges, who outscored the Bobcats 20-9 over the final eight-plus minutes of the game.
• Harris (23.0 pts, 7.4 reb) ranks 17th in Division III in scoring, Edwards (13.8 pts, 2.9 ast) is shooting 50 percent from the floor, and first-year Quron Zene is averaging 8.1 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists in eight starts.
• Brandeis is shooting 40.2 percent from beyond the arc and is holding opponents to just 25.8 percent from deep, which ranks 15th in Division III.

GETTING BUCKETS
• Amado, who was held below 20 points for the first time this season in last week's win over Bates, has scored in double figures in 12 straight contests going back to February of last season.
• He is averaging 20.0 points on 47.6 percent shooting during this stretch.

TURNING UP THE D
• The Beavers have forced at least 17 turnovers in four of their five victories and are averaging 12.2 steals in their wins this season.
• Babson also has held opponents below 41 percent shooting four of its five wins.
• The Green and White has limited its last four foes (Salem State, Amherst, Bowdoin, Bates) to just 24.7 percent shooting from beyond the arc.

TRENDS TO WATCH
• Kirkpatrick (16) and first-year Timmy O'Toole (15) have both recorded at least one steal in every game this season.
• First-year Mark Woolhouse came off the bench to score a season-high nine points in 18 minutes in last week's win over Bates.
• The Beavers are 5-1 on the year when Kirkpatrick scores in double

NUMBERS TO KNOW
• Babson is 4-2 this season when scoring 70 points or more this season.
• Four of the Beavers' five wins have come by at least 11 points.
• The Green and White is 3-1 this season when leading at halftime.
