SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 19-21 all-time against Bowdoin in a series that dates back to 1974.
• The home team has won nine of the last 11 meetings between the teams.
• The Beavers own two straight double-digit wins over the Polar Bears, although five of the last nine games between the squads have been decided by five points or less.

LAST MEETING
• Jack Coolahan '20 scored a game-high 19 points on 7-of-9 shooting to pace five players in double figures to help Babson defeat Bowdoin, 76-66, on December 1, 2019, in Brunswick, Maine.
• Crew Ainge '21 finished with 16 points and seven rebounds and Andrew Jaworski '21 added 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Beavers, who closed the game with a 12-2 run.
• David Reynolds and Zavier Rucker scored 15 points apiece for the Polar Bears.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (4-3) has dropped three of its last four games and is coming off a 78-74 OT loss at Colby on Tuesday.
• Graduate student Mitchell Kirsch finished with season highs of 20 points, nine rebounds and eight assists for the Beavers, who led by as many as 13 with less than 12 minutes to go in the second half.
• Senior Colin Bradanese (16.0 pts, 8.7 reb) leads the team in scoring and rebounding, first-year Nate Amado (13.0 pts, 7.8 reb) has scored in double figures four times in five starts, and graduate student Spencer Cline (10.1 pts, 3.6 reb) has put up 18.7 points on 51.4 percent shooting over the last three games.
• The Green and White is holding opponents to just 29.6 percent shooting from beyond the arc this season.

SCOUTING THE POLAR BEARS
• Bowdoin (4-1) has won its last two games and is coming off a 77-50 victory over the University of New England on Tuesday.
• Michael Simonds led four players with 21 points and 10 rebounds and Cole Hanin added 14 points for the Polar Bears, who led by 20 at halftime.
• Simonds (19.4 pts, 7.4 reb) has at least 16 points in every game this season, James McGowan (11.2 pts, 2.8 ast) leads the team in assists and Xander Werkman is contributing 9.6 points on 58.8 percent shooting to go along with 7.6 rebounds.
• Bowdoin ranks 20th in Division III with a +11.8 rebounding margin.

SUCCESS INSIDE STAAKE
• The Beavers are 4-1 at home this season and have gone 18-4 inside Staake Gymnasium going back to the start of the 2019-20 campaign.
• Bradanese, Amado, Cline and senior James Welch are all averaging better than 10 points for Babson, which is putting up 74.2 points per game at home.

GETTING TO KNOW THE NESCAC
• Sunday's contest is the third straight for the Green and White against a NESCAC opponent after beating Bates last Saturday and falling at Colby on Tuesday.
• The Beavers face a potential matchup with Tufts next Saturday at the New England Big 4 Challenge and travel to Amherst on December 31.

NUMBERS TO KNOW
• Babson is 3-0 this season and has won its last 25 games going back to 2017-18 when holding its opponents below 70 points.
• The Beavers have assisted on over 60 of their field goals over the last two games.
• Babson is 23-2 since the start of the 2019-20 season when outrebounding its opponents.
