• Meghan Fogarty '25 scored three of the four goals for the Cougars. Senior Alexandra Cacciapaglia caused a pair of turnovers, and Annie Battle '25 picked up three ground balls and made 11 saves in goal in the setback.
SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (6-4, 3-2 NEWMAC), ranked 17th by USA Lacrosse Magazine, is looking to get back on track after taking an 11-9 conference setback at Springfield on Saturday.

Courtney Laden scored four goals and grabbed three draw controls and senior
Lilly Bedard produced two goals and two ground balls for the Beavers. Senior

Jenna Wong and
Grace Rooney scored one goal each and classmate
Margaux Boneu collected two assists. Sophomore
Charleigh Newman finished with three ground balls, one caused turnover and one draw control in the loss.
• Bedard (20-22-42) is ranked fifth in the NEWMAC in assists and ninth in points, and Wong (20-2-22) has tied Bedard for the team lead in goals. Junior
Jen Austin (7-9-16) is second on the team in assists and Laden (13-0-13) and Murray (13-0-13) round out the top five in points. Laden (33) and first-year
Allie Collins (15) lead the team in draw controls, and Laden (18 CT, 19 GB) and junior
Claire Jones (10 CT, 12 GB) are tops on the squad in caused turnovers.
• McGahan (8.50 GAA, .400 sv. pct., 44 saves) has started all 10 games and is second in the NEWMAC in goals against average.
SCOUTING THE COUGARS
• Clark (2-8, 0-5 NEWMAC) has dropped its last five games in a row after a 14-10 setback against Wellesley on Friday evening in Worcester.
• Sophomore Sydney McMonagle and first-year Jasmine Peters led the way with four goals apiece in the setback, and Cacciapaglia contributed a goal and an assist for the Cougars, who were tied with the Blue 8-8 with nine minutes to go in the third quarter. Cacciapaglia had team-highs of six draw controls and three ground balls, first-year Kira Rescsanski had two caused turnovers and two ground balls, and classmate Ella Forsman finished with six saves in goal.
• The Cougars has a balanced offense with Cacciapaglia (16-4-2), Peters (17-1-18) and McMonagle (14-3-17) all within three points of the team scoring lead. Cacciapaglia (29) and Peters (27) are tops on the team in draw controls, Cacciapaglia has team-highs with 19 caused turnovers and 31 ground balls.
• Forsman (12.97 GAA, .420 sv. pct.) has started all 10 games in goal for the Cougars and has made 87 saves.
MIGHTY MACDOWELL
• The Beavers are 4-1 at MacDowell Field this season, outscoring the opponents 67-39.
• Babson is 10-2 at home since last season and 19-3 going back to the beginning of the 2024 season.
SUCCESS IN THE NEWMAC
• Babson has won 31 of its last 34 NEWMAC regular season games going back to 2023 and is 39-4 in regular season conference games dating back to 2022.
