SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 14-3 all-time against Emerson in a series that dates back to 2014.
• The Beavers have dropped back-to-back games in the series on the heels of a four-game winning streak against the Lions from 2020-23.

LAST MEETING
• Bri Frongillo finished with 24 points, nine rebounds and eight assists to help Emerson defeat the Beavers, 78-62, on January 18, 2025, in Babson Park.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (12-7, 4-1 NEWMAC) has won three consecutive games and is coming off a 79-50 victory over Mount Holyoke on Saturday.
• Flynn posted a double-double with 18 points and 13 rebounds, and senior
Chloe Perreault finished with 14 points, nine boards and a season-high five assists to lead four players in double figures for the Beavers, who finished with 21 second-chance points while outscoring the Lyons 42-22 in the second half.
• Flynn (15.4 pts, 7.7 reb, 3.6 ast) ranks fifth in the conference in assists and sixth in scoring, sophomore
Rylie Rosenberg (10.3 pts, 2.1 ast) is tied for fourth in the NEWMAC with 39 three-pointers and Perreault (8.2 pts, 6.2 reb) is averaging career highs in both scoring and rebounding.
• In five games versus conference opponents, Babson ranks second in both scoring defense allowing 51.8 points and rebounding margin (+7.4), and is also third in field-goal percentage defense (33.8).
SCOUTING THE LIONS
• Emerson (12-7, 3-2 NEWMAC) has followed up four straight wins with back-to-back losses after a 55-41 defeat at WPI on Saturday.
• Frongillo had 11 points, six rebounds and three steals, while Silk contributed 11 points, nine boards and five assists for the Lions, who made just eight field goals over the final three quarters and were limited to 13 second-half points.
• Frongillo (19.2 pts, 3.9 reb, 3.4 ast) ranks second in the NEWMAC in scoring, is sixth in assists and is shooting 40 percent from three-point range, Silk (15.5 pts, 10.3 reb, 2.8 ast) has posted seven double-doubles and ranks third in the league in rebounding and third in scoring, and Claire English (8.6 pts, 8.3 reb) is shooting 60.5 percent on the year.
• Emerson ranks second in league play in three-pointers per game (8.4) but has been held below 60 points in three of its first five outings.
LOCKING IN ON DEFENSE
• The Beavers have held three straight opponents to 50 points or less and have limited their first five conference foes to just 0.75 points per possession.
• Babson has held its first five NEWMAC foes to just 33.8 percent shooting from the field, and has not allowed an opponent to shot better than 26 percent from three-point land in six consecutive outings.

• Flynn has scored in double figures in each of her last 12 starts and is 13-of-14 at the free throw line over the last three games.
