SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 15-4 all-time against Salve Regina in a series that dates back to the 1982-83 campaign.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (18-6, 12-3 NEWMAC) has won six consecutive games after recording a hard-fought 61-49 victory over MIT on Wednesday night.
• Mulvey scored a game-high 22 points, Ferdinando contributed 20 points, five rebounds and three assists, and sophomore
Logan Murphy chipped in with nine second-half points for the Beavers, who held the Engineers without a field goal for more than seven minutes late in the second half to pull away.
• Ferdinando (16.4 pts, 3.9 reb, 2.6 ast) has scored 20 or more points in three of the last four games, Mulvey (15.8 pts, 2.5 ast) had made three or more three-pointers in 11 straight contests and O'Toole (10.1 pts, 8.9 reb) leads the NEWMAC in rebounding and is shooting 57.7 percent from the field.
• The Green and White ranks first in conference play in scoring defense allowing 62.4 points, rebounding margin (+4.7), turnover margin (4.67) and three-pointers per game (9.9).
SCOUTING THE SEAHAWKS
• Salve Regina (18-6, 11-4 NEWMAC), which lost the league's leading scorer Jack Margoupis to injury back on January 17, has won three straight and six of its last seven games after defeating Wheaton, 69-62, on Wednesday night.
• Seymour finished with 22 points and 11 rebounds, Spenard posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 boards, and Domenic Malvey and William Mensah each provided 12 points for the Seahawks, who shot 66.7 percent from inside the arc and jumped out to an early 16-point lead before holding off a late rally by the Lyons.
• Seymour (16.3 pts, 4.9 reb, 2.0 ast) ranks sixth in the league in scoring and has reached double figures in nine of the last 10 games, Spenard (13.1 pts, 5.8 reb) ranks fourth in the conference shooting 55.3 percent and Malvey (7.5 pts, 3.9 reb, 3.5 ast) is averaging 14.0 points on 61 percent shooting over the last four games.
• Salve Regina is shooting a league-best 49.8 percent versus NEWMAC foes while averaging 72.4 points and is holding opponents to just 31 percent shooting from beyond the arc.
WHAT'S AT STAKE
• The winner will earn the number two seed and a quarterfinal bye before hosting a NEWMAC Tournament semifinal next Thursday, while the loser of Saturday's clash will host either Clark or Springfield in the quarterfinal round on Tuesday night.
• Babson also needs a win and a loss by WPI at home against Wheaton to earn a share of its first regular season league title since 2017.
LAUDER NAMED NEWMAC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
• After posting a double-double and averaging 8.5 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.0 blocks, senior
Tyler Lauder was tabbed as the league's defensive player of the week on Monday.
• Lauder finished with 13 points and 10 boards in last Wednesday's win at Emerson and had two steals and on rejection against both the Lions and Wheaton.
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARDS
• O'Toole has set a new career high with 213 rebounds this winter and ranks seventh in Division III averaging 4.0 offensive rebounds per game on the year.
• One of nine players in program history with more than 700 career boards, O'Toole passed John Wickey '15 for eighth place on Wednesday night and now has 726 career rebounds.
• Since the statistic began being tracked at Babson in 1999-2000, O'Toole's 96 offensive rebounds this winter are a single-season record and his 308 career offensive boards nearly 100 more than any other player over the last 26 seasons.
THREE AT A TIME
• Mulvey ranks second in Division III in three-pointers per game (3.46), fourth in total three-pointers (83) and ninth in three-point field goal percentage (43.7), while Ferdinando ranks 13th nationally in total three-pointers (75), 14th in three-point percentage (43.4) and 16th in three-pointers (per game (3.13).
• Mulvey passed both Sam Bohmiller '17 and Jack Coolahan '20 in Wednesday's victory and now ranks ninth all-time with 135 career three-pointers, while also moving past current associate head coach
Joey Flannery '17 and Nick Comenale '18 into fourth place on the Beavers' single-season three-point list.
• Ferdinando has already shattered the previous Babson rookie record of 56 three-pointers and is now eighth on the single-season chart with his 75 triples this winter.
BABSON TRENDS
• In 15 starts in conference play, senior
Tyler Lauder ranks second in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.10), seventh in blocked shots (0.9) and ninth in assists (2.9).
• Ferdinando has scored in double figures in 15 straight games and has knocked down at least two three-pointers nine consecutive outings, while Mulvey has reached double figures in 12 games in a row.
• Four of O'Toole's team-leading six double-doubles have come during the Beavers' last 10 games.
• Over the last three games, Murphy is averaging 10.7 points on 71.4 percent (10-of-14) shooting.
