• Babson is 41-27 all-time against WPI in a series that dates back to the 1976-77 campaign.

• Alice Kelly finished with 17 points and six assists and Ava Giansiracusa posted a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds to help seventh-seeded WPI upset the second-seeded Beavers, 60-54, in a NEWMAC Tournament quarterfinal on February 26, 2025, in Babson Park.
• Caitlyn Dasaro also scored 10 points for the Engineers, who went 23-of-27 (85.2 percent) at the free throw line and led throughout the final three quarters.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (10-7, 2-1 NEWMAC) has split its last six games and is coming off a 63-48 victory over MIT on Saturday afternoon in Cambridge.

Rylie Rosenberg went 6-of-9 from long range on the way to scoring 18 points and classmate
Julia St. Laurent finished with 11 points and six rebounds to pace four players in double figures for the Beavers, who shot 41.1 percent from the floor and put the game away with a 12-4 run midway through the fourth quarter.
• Flynn (15.6 pts, 7.5 reb, 3.8 ast) is shooting 45.5 percent and has scored in double figures in 10 straight games, Rosenberg (10.6 pts, 2.1 ast) ranks fifth in the conference with 36 three-pointers and senior
Chloe Perreault (7.6 pts, 6.0 reb) is averaging career highs in both points and rebounds.
• The Green and White is allowing 59.7 points over its first three NEWMAC games and ranks second in the league on the year in rebounding margin (+6.4).
SCOUTING THE ENGINEERS
• WPI (10-7, 1-2 NEWMAC) has dropped back-to-back games after suffering a 70-55 loss at Springfield on Saturday.
• Giansiracusa scored 15 points and handed out four assists, while Emmy Allyn added 12 points for the Engineers, who started 9-of-12 from the floor and shot 44.7 percent overall but were limited to just five points in the second quarter.
• Giansiracusa (12.4 pts, 4.5 reb, 2.4 ast, 1.5 stl) leads the team in scoring, assists and steals, Allyn (10.7 pts, 3.2 reb) has scored in double figures in four of the last five games and Leila Nielsen (8.4 pts, 4.2 reb, 2.3 ast) has grabbed four or more rebounds in eight of the last nine contests.
• WPI, which ranks 411th out of 414 Division III teams in adjusted tempo (66.6 possessions/game) according to D3Datacast.com, ranks second in the league and 38th nationally in scoring defense allowing just 53.2 points.
MOVING UP THE CHARTS
• In addition to Flynn moving up to second place on Babson's all-time list with 102 three-pointers, Perreault now ranks 16th with 59 career triples after passing Katherine Tamulionis '20 on Saturday.
• Rosenberg's 36 three-pointers are the fourth most by any player in their first year at Babson behind only
Katelyn Mollica '25, who made 55 triples in 2022-23, Erin Young '15 (51 in 2011-12) and Caitlin Boulier '08 (46 in 2004-05).
SIGNIFICANCE OF 60
• The Beavers are 10-2 this winter and boast .755 winning percentage (37-12) in three seasons under head coach
Kate Barnosky when scoring at least 60 points.
• Babson has been even better in NEWMAC play when scoring 60 or more points, going 17-4 while winning its last eight games going back to February 1 of last year.
PARTY OF ONE
• Entering the week, Flynn is the only player in the NEWMAC that ranks among the top 10 in scoring, rebounding and assists.
• She is currently fifth in both scoring (15.6 points) and assists (3.8) in addition to ranking eighth in rebounds at 7.5 per game.

• Sophomore
Alessa Mendoza, who scored 10 points in last Saturday's win at MIT, is averaging 10.0 points on 53.8 percent shooting to go along with 3.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists in the Beavers' first three NEWMAC contests.
• Over the last seven games, St. Laurent is averaging 10.4 points and 4.0 rebounds while shooting 51.9 percent from the floor.
• Sophomore
Mary Kate Flynn grabbed eight boards on Saturday at MIT and led the team in rebounding for the fifth time over the Babson's last 10 games. She is averaging 6.5 rebounds per game during this stretch.
• Senior
Allessia Carlo has dished out 14 assists over the last four games and finished with a career-high seven dimes while matching her season high with three steals on Saturday at MIT.
