SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 59-14 all-time against MIT in a series that dates back to the 1976-77 campaign.
• The Beavers have won nine of their last 12 games versus the Engineers with seven of the victories coming by six points or fewer.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (9-7, 1-1 NEWMAC) is looking to bounce back from a 68-50 loss at Coast Guard on Wednesday night.
• Flynn recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds and sophomore
Alessa Mendoza added nine points, four boards and three assists for the Beavers, who trailed by just one early in the third quarter but shot just 30.8 percent while committing 12 turnovers in the second half.
• Flynn (15.9 pts, 7.5 reb, 3.9 ast) ranks fourth in the conference in scoring, seventh in rebounding and has three double-doubles on the year, sophomore
Rylie Rosenberg (10.1 pts, 2.2 ast) has scored in double figures six times in nine starts this winter and senior
Chloe Perreault (7.8 pts, 6.3 reb) has made a career-high 24 three-pointers and is tied for first on the team in offensive rebounds (29).
• The Green and White ranks second in the NEWMAC in rebounding margin (+6.2), fourth in three-pointers per game (7.1) and fifth in scoring offense averaging 64.7 points.
SCOUTING THE ENGINEERS
• MIT (6-9, 1-1 NEWMAC) has played three consecutive games decided by four points or fewer and is coming off a 53-51 win at WPI on Wednesday night.
• Mary Lobon finished with 15 points and six rebounds, Riley O'Sullivan scored 12 points and Ruth Lanouette contributed 10 points and three steals while playing all 40 minutes for the Engineers, who trailed by as many as eight in the third quarter and held WPI to just three field goals in the fourth quarter.
• Lanouette (12.4 pts, 2.9 reb, 2.9 stl) has scored in double figures in five of the last six games and is second in the NEWMAC in steals, O'Sullivan (9.9 pts, 6.5 reb) is shooting 51.9 percent on the year and averaging 15.0 points over the last three games, and Lobon (8.9 pts, 7.9 reb) ranks sixth in the conference in rebounds.
• MIT ranks fifth in the league in rebounding margin (+4.0) and has held five straight opponents under 64 points while forcing 19.4 turnovers.
ROSENBERG GARNERS NEWMAC WEEKLY HONOR
• After recording six steals, which includes a career-high four in last Tuesday's 61-55 loss to Trinity, Rosenberg was selected as the NEWMAC Defensive Player of the Week on Monday.
• She also chased down a career-high seven rebounds against the Bantams before contributing three rebounds and two steals in Saturday's triumph over Springfield.
PRODUCTION OFF THE BENCH
• Over the last three games, Mendoza is averaging 9.7 points on 54.2 percent shooting (13-of-24) to go along with 3.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
• Going back to November 28, Mendoza has played at least 15 minutes in all but one contest and has reached double figures in scoring three times while averaging 8.3 points on 53.5 percent shooting and 2.2 assists.
TRENDS TO WATCH
• Flynn, who failed to make a three-pointer for the first time in 17 games going back to last year on Wednesday night, has scored in double figures in each of her last nine starts while handing out at least three assists in six of her last seven outings.

Julia St. Laurent has reached double figures in scoring in four of the last six games and is averaging 10.3 points on 53.2 percent shooting to go along with 3.7 rebounds.

Mary Kate Flynn, who started in the loss to Trinity and the win over Springfield last week, has grabbed at least seven rebounds five times over the last eight contests and is averaging 6.5 boards during this stretch.
• Perreault has made at least one three-pointer in 14 of 16 games this winter.
WINNING FORMULA
• In its nine wins this season, the Green and White is averaging 71.7 points on 41.3 percent shooting, owns a +9.6 rebounding margin and is forcing 15.2 turnovers.
• The Beavers have also outscored their opponents by 93 points in the middle quarters of their nine wins and have seven different players contributing at least 6.0 points.
• In its seven losses, Babson is averaging just 55.7 points and shooting just 35.2 percent.
NUMBERS TO KNOW
