NEWMAC KNOWLEDGE
•    Babson has opened NEWMAC play with a win in 11 consecutive seasons (excluding 2021) going back to 2012.
•    The Beavers have finished no worse than fourth in the conference standings in 11 straight years dating back to 2013, and last season's tie for fourth place snapped a streak of 10 consecutive top-three finishes.
•    The Green and White was picked third behind last year's defending regular season champions MIT and reigning NEWMAC Tournament champion Smith, while Wheaton was tabbed to finish eighth.

THE LONGEST SET
•    The Beavers set a new record for the longest game in program history when they outlasted Lasell 38-36 in the opening stanza of Friday's three-set sweep.
•    Babson served to close out the game 10 times and Lasell had four set points in a frame that featured 20 ties and 10 lead changes, and no lead bigger than three points by either side.
•    The 74 total points in the opening frame against Lasell eclipsed the previous mark of 66 in a 34-32 third-set victory over UMass Boston in 2001, a 34-32 fourth-set loss to Mount Holyoke in 2003 and a 34-32 third-set triumph over WPI in 2004. All three of these matches were played in an era when each set was played to 30 points.

STREAKING BEAVERS
•    Holm has recorded at least one block in 15 straight matches dating back to the end of the 2024 campaign, while first-year Ailsa Munro has finished with a block in five consecutive outings.
•    Ackerman has doled out 24 or more assists in all nine matches this fall.
•    Allen and Fouche have both registered seven or more kills in five consecutive outings.
•    Shaw has at least one service ace in nine consecutive matches and 14 or more digs in four of the Beavers' last five contests.

NUMBERS TO KNOW
•    Babson ranks 30th in Division III with a .228 hitting percentage and has hit better than .200 in all six of its wins on the year.
•    The Beavers are 6-2 this fall when taking the opening set of the match.
•    The Green and White is 4-1 this season and 101-4 dating back to 2019 when holding its foes to a hitting percentage of .150 or lower.
•    Babson is 5-1 on the year when recording at least 10 service aces.
