SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 14-30 all-time against Tufts in a series that dates back to 1987.
• The Beavers have dropped three straight one-run decisions against the Jumbos going back to the 2021 NCAA Tournament after winning back-to-back games in 2018 and 2019.
• Tuesday's contest will be the first played in Medford since April 17, 2018.
LAST MEETING
• Lauryn Horita went 2-for-3 and drove in the go-ahead run in the top of the eighth inning as Tufts rallied from an early five-run deficit to edge Babson, 6-5, on April 30, 2024, in Babson Park.
• Josie Steinberg went 3-for-5 with a run scored and Bela Jimenez singled and knocked in a pair of runs for the Jumbos, who got 7.0 innings of shutout relief from Sky Johnson, who improved to 12-1 on the year.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (18-9) has won seven of its last 10 games and completed a sweep of Emerson with a 3-1 victory in game two of Saturday's doubleheader.

Athena Hadjipanayis went 2-for-3 with a two-run double and Moore singled, swiped two bags and scored twice for the Beavers, who got a complete-game five-hitter from graduate

SCOUTING THE JUMBOS
• Tufts (17-13) has won five of its last six games and is coming off a 6-3 victory over Colby to earn a split of Saturday's doubleheader.
• Haley Leimbach went 2-for-3 with two RBI, Madi Sewell was 2-for-3 with an RBI double and eight different players recorded at least one hit for the Jumbos, who went in front for good with a three-run second inning.
• Kaitlyn Perucci is batting .364 with 12 doubles, two home runs, 16 RBI and 22 runs scored, Jimenez is hitting .347 with five extra-base hits, 16 RBI and 20 runs scored, and Heaven Oliva owns a .323 average and his hit seven home runs to go along with five doubles and 23 runs batted in.
• Sophia DiCocco is 9-6 with a 2.76 ERA and three shutouts in 94.0 innings pitched, Lacy Chilek is 4-0 with a 3.77 ERA and 42 strikeouts in 42.2 innings, and Fallon O'Connor has gone 4-6 with four saves and a 4.62 ERA in 53.0 innings of work this spring.
SUCCESS STARTS IN THE CIRCLE
• The Beavers have given up three runs or fewer in 10 of their last 12 games dating back to their April 9 doubleheader at MIT.
• The trio of Whiteford (4-2), O'Reilly (3-1) and sophomore
Katie Vlacich (1-1) boast a 1.21 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP during this stretch and just nine of the 57 hits they've given have gone for extra bases.
• Opposing hitters are also batting just .190 against Babson's pitching staff over this 12-game stretch.
MOVING UP THE CHARTS
• Already the program's all-time leader with 86 stolen bases, Moore ranks third in program history with 195 and has moved into ninth place in the Beavers' all-time record books with 233 total bases.
• The active NCAA Division III leader with 846 strikeouts, O'Reilly's next appearance in the circle will be the 107th of her career matching the program record held by Ali Reilly '18.
TRENDS TO WATCH
• Pak and Moore are tied for the team lead with 10 multi-hit games apiece this spring.
