Luke McClintock (1-0, 1.80 ERA, 10 IP) have combined to hold opposing hitters to a .168 average this spring.
SCOUTING THE ENGINEERS
• WPI (12-16, 1-7 NEWMAC) snapped its seven-game losing streak by finishing off a 19-8 win over Emerson on Thursday that was suspended due to weather on Tuesday afternoon.
• Cash, Tommy Burns, Jonathan Lattimer and Jacob Wiberg all homered and combined for 10 hits and 15 RBI in support of Dominic Monico, who allowed two runs over 4.2 innings of relief to improve to 2-3 on the year with the win for the Engineers.
• Burns is batting .418 with nine doubles, four home runs, 10 stolen bases, 27 RBI and 33 runs scored, Cash is hitting .373 with eight doubles, four homers, 28 RBI and 19 runs scored, and Lattimer boasts a .345 average to go along with three doubles, two homers and 23 runs batted in.
• Luke Blandino is 2-2 with a 4.85 ERA and 29 strikeouts in 29.2 innings pitched, DC Brown is 1-4 with a 6.67 earned run average to go along with 35 strikeouts in 27.0 innings, and Brian Riley is 3-2 with 22 strikeouts over 25.2 innings in 10 appearances on the season.
THE GUEST LIST
• In four games this week, Guest is batting .625 (10-for-16) with four doubles, three RBI and seven runs scored.
• He has multiple hits and at least one run scored in four straight games, and has at least one double in each of the last three outings.
• In addition to his work at the plate, Guest had a season-high three stolen bases in Thursday's win and has swiped four bags in four games this week.
PROVIDING RELIEF

Tristan Pearl have combined to go 3-0 with a 0.82 ERA and a 0.82 WHIP in 11.0 innings of work out of the bullpen this week.
• Doan struck out two and gave up just two hits over 4.2 scoreless innings to earn the win against Lasell on Tuesday, Pearl allowed one run over 3.0 innings in his first appearance of the year to pick up his second career victory on Wednesday at Tufts, and Purpura tossed 3.1 shutout innings that included three strikeouts to improve to 2-2 with the win over UMass Dartmouth on Thursday.
STREAKING BEAVERS
• Liss and graduate student
Tanner Santos has both reached base safely in 19 straight games, while Teator owns an 11-game on-base streak entering Saturday's twin bill.
• Guest has a hit in five straight outings and has reached base safely in 13 consecutive games, while Julian and Wilson have both reached safely in seven contests in a row.

Walter Sadowsky has at least one hit in 11 consecutive starts, although he lost his 11-game hitting streak in a sixth-inning pinch-hit appearance on Thursday.
BEAVER BITES
• Babson has 32 hit batsmen over the last 11 games, which includes getting plunked a season-high seven times at Tufts on Wednesday.
• Julian and Guest both swiped three bags and the Beavers' 10 stolen bases on Thursday against UMass Dartmouth are their most since finishing with 10 in a 2014 win over Roger Williams.
• The Beavers have at least one extra-base hit in all 25 games this season and have worked at least one walk in 38 consecutive outings going back to April 27 of last year.
