Alpine Skiing Releases 2026 Schedule

Beavers Open MacConnell Division Competition on January 12 at Sunday River

BABSON PARK, Mass.—Coming off outstanding performances in the MacConnell Division regular season standings and the United States Collegiate Ski & Snowboard Association (USCSA) Eastern Regional and National Championships, Babson College second-year men's and women's alpine skiing head coach Brett Batchelder officially released his program's 2026 schedules on Tuesday morning.

The Babson men are coming off their first MacConnell Division title since 1993 with victories in all 10 regular season races last winter before garnering their second straight Eastern Regional crown and third in four seasons, and finishing runner-up at the USCSA National Championships. The Babson women placed second in the MacConnell Division regular season standings for the second year in a row, tied for second at the eastern regionals, and registered their second straight third-place finish in the combined scoring at the nationals.

The Beavers open the 2026 campaign with a pair of races at Sunday River Resort in Newry, Maine on January 12-13. The teams will be at Proctor Ski Area in Andover, N.H. on January 16-17 before heading to New York the following weekend for back-to-back races at Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid, N.Y. on January 24-25.

The Green and White will compete at West Mountain in Queensbury, N.Y. on January 31-February 1 before wrapping up the MacConnell Division regular season in New Hampshire with races at Pat's Peak in Henniker on February 7 and Waterville Valley on February 8.

The USCSA Eastern Regional Championships are slated for February 14-15 at Sugarloaf Mountain in Carrabassett Valley, Maine, with the top men's and women's teams at the USCSA regionals qualifying for the USCSA National Championships, which will be March 10-13 at Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid.
