Isabella Allen provided 14 kills and 15 digs to help the Beavers defeat Mount Holyoke in four sets, 22-25, 25-23, 25-17, 25-18, on October 8, 2024, in Babson Park.

Zoe Ackerman contributed 44 assists, five digs, three kills and three blocks, while
Tatum Stelter '25 finished with 24 digs for Babson, which hit .235 in the win.
• Elle Rimando had 12 kills, three blocks and three aces, Lucie Berclaz added 10 kills and nine digs, and Sadie Duffrin handed out 31 assists for the Lyons, who were unable to hold onto a 23-21 lead in the second set.
SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (13-3, 6-0 NEWMAC) has won nine consecutive matches after defeating WPI in four sets, 25-17, 25-11, 22-25, 25-17, on Tuesday night.
• Allen led all players with 13 kills, sophomore
Angelina Holm contributed 12 kills and three blocks, and Ackerman finished with 42 assists, nine digs and two aces for the Beavers, who also got 19 digs from senior
Sophia Shaw.
• Allen is averaging a team-best 2.71 kills per set, Holm (2.33 k/s, 0.88 blocks/set) ranks second in the NEWMAC and 20th in Division III with a .374 hitting percentage, and junior
Allison Molendyk is contributing 2.27 kills per set.

Ailsa Munro is fifth in the conference in blocks per set (0.83), Ackerman is averaging 8.82 assists and 1.87 digs per set, and Shaw leads the Green and White in both total digs (197) and digs per set (3.52).
SCOUTING THE LYONS
• Mount Holyoke (12-7, 3-3 NEWMAC) is riding a four-match winning streak after defeating Wellesley in five sets, 25-22, 16-25, 25-21, 13-25, 15-12, on Tuesday night.
• Madeline Barton led all players with 20 kills, Rimando produced 15 kills and 10 digs, and Duffrin contributed 40 assists, 12 digs and three blocks for the Lyons, who have already won their most conference matches since 2001 this fall.
• Barton leads the league and is 25th in kills per set (4.15) to go along with 2.34 digs per set, Rimando is averaging 3.80 kills and 1.70 digs per set, and Olivia Murray is contributing 2.07 kills per set.
• Duffrin is handing out 8.46 assists and is averaging 2.44 digs per set, while junior Kyra Staples ranks third in the conference in digs per set (4.27).
MUNRO RECEIVES CONFERENCE RECOGNITION
• After totaling 11 blocks in victories over Emerson and Endicott, Munro was selected as the NEWMAC Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday.
• She recorded four blocks to go along with one kill in the Beavers' sweep of Emerson on October 7 and followed it up with career highs of 12 kills and seven blocks in last Friday's four-set triumph over Endicott.
NEWMAC KNOWLEDGE
• Babson is off to a 6-0 start in conference play for the fourth consecutive season and the seventh time since 2014. The Green and White got to 8-0 in both 2014 and 2022 and was 7-0 before suffering its first league loss in both 2023 and 2024.
• Through their first six NEWMAC contests, the Beavers rank second in hitting percentage (.250), kills per set (12.22) and blocks per set (2.17), and are also fourth in opponents' hitting percentage (.140).
• Holm ranks second in league play in hitting percentage (.431), Ackerman is second in assists per set (9.52), and first-year
Liberty May ranks third in aces per set (0.75), fourth in points per set (4.13) and sixth in kills per set (3.08).

ALLEN, ACKERMAN REACH NEW MILESTONES
• Allen became just the eighth player in program history to surpass 800 career kills on Tuesday against WPI, while Ackerman is up to 2,371 career assists and passed Eric Yuan '04 for third place on the Beavers' all-time list.
STREAKING BEAVERS
• Dating back to 2017, the Beavers have put together a winning streak of at least eight matches in eight consecutive seasons.
• The Green and White won 16 matches in a row in 2022, 2023 and 2024, while the 2019 squad set a single-season record with 22 straight victories.
BEAVER BITES
• Allen has registered six or more kills in 12 straight outings dating back to September 12.
• Shaw has served up at least one ace in 15 consecutive matches and is averaging 4.36 digs per set over Babson's last three contests.
• Ackerman has handed out 30 or more assists in six straight matches and has at least one service ace in nine of her last 10 outings.
• Holm has finished with at least six kills and at least two total blocks in nine consecutive matches.
• Munro has recorded at least two total blocks in 12 matches in a row.
