• UMass Boston (21-10) has won seven of its last nine games and is coming off a 12-7 victory over UMass Dartmouth on Tuesday.
• Aidan Blake hit a three-run homer, Elliot Miles singled three times and Mariano Jimenez went 3-for-4 with a double, three RBI and two runs scored for the Beacons, who got seven strong innings from Ethan Hunt in the win.
• Justin Gouveia is batting .412 with nine doubles, five homers, 20 stolen bases, 31 RBI and 44 runs scored, Blake is hitting .406 with seven doubles, five triples, eight home runs, 40 RBI and 48 runs scored, and Bostyn Burris owns a .351 average to go along with 11 extra-base hits, 24 RBI and 27 runs scored.

• Johnson & Wales (20-9) has dropped its last two games after suffering an 8-6 loss in 11 innings at No. 7 Salve Regina on Tuesday.
• Hasson homered twice and drove in four runs and Trevor Juan went 2-for-6 with a double and two runs scored for the Wildcats, who took a one-run lead in the 11th on Hasson's second bomb of the day.
• Hasson is batting .405 with 12 doubles, four homers, 40 RBI and 39 runs scored, Juan is hitting .398 with 16 doubles, four dingers, 22 RBI and 48 runs scored, and Owen Davis checks in at .350 with four doubles, six home runs, 37 RBI and 28 runs scored.

• He singled twice and reached base three times in last Tuesday's 5-4 win over Emerson, was 1-for-3 with two runs scored in a 10-7 victory over Tufts and went 4-for-4 with a double, two RBI, two stolen bases and three runs scored in game two of Sunday's twin bill versus WPI.
STREAKING BEAVERS
• Savage is riding an nine-game hitting streak and has produced five doubles and eight RBI during this stretch.
• Nowak has reached base safely in each of his 16 starts this spring and boasts a .486 on-base percentage, while Guest has gotten on in 14 straight games to raise his OBP to .454.
• Kiely has recorded three straight multi-hit games and has now reached base safely in 12 consecutive outings.
