vs. Williams
• Babson is 21-24-3 all-time against the Ephs in a series that dates back to the 1979-80 campaign.

• Senior goaltender Cal Sundquist made 26 saves on 31 shots before giving way to sophomore Harrison Fogel, who stopped five shots over the final 13 minutes of his collegiate debut for the Ephs.

• Sophomore Joshua Burke scored a pair of unassisted goals and added an assist of his own as visiting Amherst doubled up Babson, 4-2, on November 26, 2023, inside the Babson Skating Center.
• Junior
Egan Schmitt tallied a goal and an assist and Murphy scored one goal for the Beavers. Kennedy, Holland and Fallon added one helper each and Mueller finished with 19 saves in the loss.
• Senior Matt Toporowski registered a goal and an assist for the visitors, and junior Ben Ritter tallied his first goal of the season. Connor Guest '24 added an assist and senior Connor Leslie made 27 saves in goal to improve to 2-0 on the season.
SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (4-3-1, 3-3-0 NEHC) pushed its unbeaten streak to four games with a 3-3 overtime tie at Tufts on Tuesday in Malden.
• Senier, George and senior
Brendan Murphy scored goals for the Beavers, Holland registered a pair of assists, and Sibold, graduate student
Johnny McElaney and junior
Ian Driscoll finished with one assist apiece. Sophomore
Mason Rosado made a career-high 39 saves in the draw.
• George (4-6-10) broke a two-game scoreless streak on Tuesday after recording at least one point in the first five games. Kennedy (4-1-5) shares the team lead in goals, McElaney (0-5-5) is second on the squad in assists and Andriole (3-2-5) and
Ryan Murphy (1-4-5) are tied for second in the squad in points.
• Rosado (3.47 GAA, .880 sv. pct.) has started six of the eight games this season and has posted a 2.27 goals against average and .925 save percentage over his last three starts.
SCOUTING THE EPHS
• Williams (2-2-0, 2-2-0 NESCAC) brings a two-game winning streak into the weekend after defeating Tufts, 4-2 last Saturday in Medford.
• Seniors Owen Stadheim and Jack Sabre scored first-period goals and juniors David Vieten and Conner Fitzpatrick tacked on second-period tallies as the Ephs built a 4-0 lead. First-year William Yee collected a pair of assists, Vieten, first-year Grant Fuchsen, and junior Trevor O'Brien added one helper each, and Sundquist made 28 saves in goal to record the win.
• Stadheim (1-3-4) leads the team in assists and points while Sabre, Vieten and first-year Jake McManus have two goals and an assist each. First-year William Cannata (1-2-3) also has three points for the Ephs.
• Sundquist (2.23 GAA, .904 sv. pct.) has started all four games for the Ephs, totaling 85 saves.
SCOUTING THE MAMMOTHS
• Amherst (1-2-1, 0-2-1 NESCAC), which opens the weekend with a trip to No. 4 SUNY Geneseo on Saturday, picked up its first win of the season with a 5-3 win at St. Michael's on Tuesday, overcoming a 2-0 first period deficit and sealing the win with a three-goal third period.
• Senior Ben Kuzman led the Mammoths with two goals and two assists in the win. Toporowski produced a goal and a helper, senior Bobby Luca and junior Zachary Murray had one goal each, and Burke and first-year Ben Snyderman collected two assists each. First-year Matteo DeLuca made 22 saves to post his first career win.
• Kuzman (2-3-5) took over the team scoring lead and Burke (0-4-4) leads the team in assists. Toporowski (2-1-3) and junior Andrew Carmody (2-1-3) are also multi-goal scorers on the season.
• Leslie (2.96 GAA, .897 sv. pct.) started the first three games in goal for the Mammoths before DeLuca (3.00 GAA, .880 sv. pct.) got the nod on Tuesday.
BABSON VS. THE NESCAC
• Saturday's game is the second of three straight outings this week against schools from the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC).
• The Beavers tied Tufts on Tuesday and will travel to Amherst on Sunday.
• The Green and White were 1-1-1 against Tufts, Williams and Amherst last season and 2-2-0 against the NESCAC in 2022-23, and have gone 10-3-3 against the conference since the 2019-20 campaign.
ON THE POWER PLAY
• The Beavers began the week tied for 16th in Division III with six power play goals and tied for eighth in power play percentage (.300).
• Babson scored twice with the man-advantage in games against Skidmore and Salve Regina, and once in contests against Plymouth State, Salve Regina and Tufts.
• George leads the Beavers with a pair of power play markers and five others have one goal each.
