• Babson (4-3-0, 3-3-0 NEHC) pushed its winning streak to three games with its third straight one-goal victory on Saturday, a 4-3 verdict over Southern Maine at the Babson Skating Center.

Tommy Rooney registered a career-high three points on two goals and an assist, including the third-period game-winner, while sophomore
Joseph Kramer finished with a goal and an assist and junior
Charlie Andriole scored for the second game in a row. Rosado made 18 saves to record his third straight victory.

Wyatt George (3-6-9) had at least one point in the first five games this season and junior
Brendan Kennedy (4-1-5) leads the team in goals. Andriole (3-2-5) and junior
Ryan Murphy (1-4-5) are tied for second in the squad in points.
• Rosado (3.63 GAA, .865 sv. pct.) has started five games, including the last three, while junior
Brett Cleaves (4.06 GAA, .884 sv. pct.) has gotten the nod in the other two.
SCOUTING THE JUMBOS
• Tufts (2-2-0, 2-2-0 NESCAC) is looking to get back on track after a 4-2 home loss to Williams on Saturday in Malden.
• Senior Brennan Horn and Bazianos scored goals 10 seconds apart in the second period as the Jumbos attempted to overcome a 4-0 deficit, and Resnick registered an assist. First-year Tade Carman made 21 saves in goal in the setback.
• Bazianos (3-3-6) and Resnick (1-5-6) have both registered at least a point in all four games this season for the Jumbos. Sophomore Jon Horn (4-1-5) had a hat trick and an assist in the season opener and Tyler Sedlak (4-0-4) has a pair of two-goal games.
• Junior Gustave Bylin (5.14 GAA, .836 sv. pct.) started the first three games for the Jumbos before Carman (2.44 GAA, .913 sv. pct.) got the nod in game four.
BABSON VS. THE NESCAC
• Tuesday's game is the first of three straight outings this week against schools from the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC).
• The Beavers will also travel to Williams and Amherst this coming weekend.
• The Green and White were 1-1-1 against Tufts, Williams and Amherst last season and 2-2-0 against the NESCAC in 2022-23, and have gone 10-3-2 against the conference since the 2019-20 campaign.
ON THE POWER PLAY
• The Beavers are tied for 16th in Division III with six power play goals and tied for eighth in power play percentage (.300).
• Babson scored twice with the man-advantage in games against Skidmore and Salve Regina, and once in contests against Plymouth State and Salve Regina.
• The six goals with the man advantage this season have come from six different players.
NUMBERS TO KNOW
• The Beavers are 4-1 in one-goal games this season and are 10-3-2 since last year in games that were decided by one goal or ended in a tie.
