SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 36-9-2 all-time against Southern Maine in a series that dates back to 1995.
• The Beavers are 22-1-1 in the last 24 games against the Huskies over the last decade with the lone loss coming in the 2020 NEHC Tournament quarterfinals and the tie coming earlier this season, both in Babson Park.
• The Green and White have won 10 games in a row in Gorham since a 6-0 Husky victory in December 2011.

First-year Kayde Kinaschuk, sophomore Conor Donovan, and seniors Curtis Judd and Cole Ouellette registered assists and junior Mason Palmer made a career-high 44 saves in goal in the deadlock.
SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (8-6-2, 6-2-1 NEHC) had a two-game winning streak snapped in last Saturday's 4-1 loss at No. 11 Norwich.
• Sophomore
Danny Cavanagh scored the lone goal for the Beavers with assists from first-year

Nate Mueller made 29 saves in goal but took the loss.
• Murphy (6-10-16) leads the team in scoring and plus/minus (+12) while George (7-6-13) has five goals in his last four games. Schmitt (8-4-12) tops the team in goals, Kennedy (2-9-11) is third on the squad in assists, and Andriole (0-10-10) shares the team lead in assists.
• Mueller (3.02 GAA, .903 Sv. Pct.) has started 11 games for the Beavers while first-year
Mason Rosado (2.34 GAA, .907 Sv. Pct.) has gotten the nod in goal in five games.
SCOUTING THE HUSKIES
• Southern Maine (5-8-2, 2-5-2 NEHC), which matched last season's win total last month, is coming off a weekend that included a 2-2 tie at No. 11 Norwich and a 1-0 loss at New England College.
• Donovan and sophomore John Hagan scored against Norwich, including Hagan's game-tying goal at 16:18 of the third period. Junior goalie Kyle Penton made 27 saves in the deadlock with the Cadets and stopped 27 shots in the loss at NEC.
• Marini (5-9-14) holds the team lead in scoring while McElhaney (8-5-13) tops the team in goals and power play goals (3). First-year Matt Sullivan (7-4-11) is second on the team in goals and third in points and Ouellette (0-9-9) shares the team lead with Marini in assists.
• Penton (2.95 GAA, .905 Sv. Pct.) is 4-4-1 in 10 starts between the pipes while Palmer (4.39 GAA, .872 Sv. Pct.) has played in five games with four starts.
ROSADO EARNS NEHC HONOR
• Rosado was recognized as NEHC Goalie of the Week on Monday after picking up his second win of the season and his first career shutout in Friday's 4-0 victory at New England College
• The rookie goaltender turned away all 23 shots he faced, including nine in the third period, to run his unbeaten streak to four games.
SOPHOMORE CLASS
• Four of Babson's top five scorers this season are from the sophomore class.
• The second-years have accounted for 30 of the team's 54 goals while the juniors have tallied 12 goals and the seniors and first-years have tallied six each.
BABSON VS. THE HUSKIES
• Andriole is Babson's current active leader in scoring against Southern Maine, having collected five assists in three outings vs. the Huskies. Bailey has produced two goals and two assists for four points in five contests, while Dion and Driscoll have both produced one goal and two assists for three points in three career games.
• George has two goals in three appearances vs. USM, and four others have a goal and an assist – senior

BUSY BEAVERS
• Kennedy has at least one point in five of his last seven outings, totaling one goal and six assists for seven points in that span.

Jimmy Fallon also has at least one point in five of his last seven outings, recording two goals and four assists for six points in that stretch.
CHECKING THE NEHC STANDINGS
• Hobart (7-1-0 NEHC) moved into the league lead last weekend with 21 points with Elmira (6-2-0) and Norwich (5-2-2) tied for second with 18 points apiece. Hobart and Elmira have each won nine games in a row and are currently 1-2 in the USCHO.com national Division III poll.
• Babson (6-2-1) has 17 points and sits in fourth place, just one point back of Elmira and Norwich and one point ahead of fifth-place Skidmore (5-2-1), which has 16 points. UMass Boston (3-5-0, 9 points) is in sixth place, with Southern Maine (2-5-2, 7 points) and Castleton (2-6-0, 7 points) still in playoff contention.
NUMBERS TO KNOW
• The Green and White are 8-1-1 this season when scoring at least three goals.
• Babson is 6-1 when leading after the first period and are 16-2-1 over the past two seasons when taking a lead into the second period.
• The Beavers are 6-2 this season when scoring the first goal of the game and 21-4-1 since last season when drawing first blood.
