LAST MEETING
•    Indi DelRocco scored seven of her 10 points during a 16-6 closing run that helped Trinity rally to defeat the Beavers, 65-61, in a matchup of nationally-ranked squads on January 23, 2023, in Babson Park.
•    Megan Bauman '23 finished with 17 points, five assists and three steals, junior Katelyn Mollica contributed 15 points and Samantha Smith '23 added 14 points and four blocks for the Beavers, who led by as many as 12 in the first quarter.

EIGHT IS GREAT

•    The fifth program from the region to advance to the final eight was Tufts, which is set to visit Babson Park on January 7.

BUCKLING DOWN ON DEFENSE
•    After allowing 39 points in the first half of Friday's loss to Susquehanna, the Beavers allowed just 61 points over the final six quarters of play against the River Hawks and Oneonta in the Judy Pearson '85 Memorial Tournament.
•    Despite the loss on Friday, Babson limited Susquehanna to just two second-half field goals and 9.1 percent shooting and held Oneonta to 35 points on 24.5 percent shooting in Saturday's win.

CATCHING FIRE FROM DEEP

•    Miller and Mollica both made their first three attempts from distance and combined for seven triples, while Carlo was 2-of-2 from behind the arc as the team shot 60 percent (12-of-20) on the day.

BEAVER BITES
•    Carlo received the Keep On Keepin' On Award which embodies the traits of teamwork, competitiveness and the tenacity to battle in a positive manner that Judy Pearson showed as a player and in her battle against cancer.
