Cam Joslin (Cohasset, Mass.) scored late in the second period and first-year
Mason Rosado (Weddington, N.C.) finished with 25 saves as Babson College finished in a 1-1 overtime tie with visiting Tufts University in non-conference men's ice hockey action on Tuesday night inside the Babson Skating Center.
Babson, which is unbeaten over its last five games, is now 4-3-2 on the year. Tufts remains winless on the season at 0-2-1.

Matt Cormier (Waltham, Mass.) and sophomore
Sam Sibold (South Hero, Vt.) both recorded assists for the Beavers.
Sophomore Max Resnick (Tampa, Fla.) had a goal and juniors Tyler Sedlak (Wyckoff, N.J.) and Harrison Bazianos (Glenview, Ill.) both added assists for the Jumbos, who got 27 saves from senior goaltender Peyton Durand (Newport, R.I.)
The Green and White outshot Tufts 16-10 in the first period and had a golden opportunity to take the lead just over three minutes into the second when Durand went post-to-post to stuff junior
Wyatt George (Mount Lebanon, Pa.) on a 2-on-1. The Jumbos opened the scoring at the 9:45 mark as Sedlak's centering pass from the left wing ricocheted off the far boards setting up Resnick's one-timer from the right face-off circle for a 1-0 edge.
The teams combined for four penalties in the span of 3:15 midway through the period before the Beavers pulled even on Joslin's second goal of the year at 19:09. Cormier won a battle in the right corner and his centering pass popped out to Joslin, who beat Durand with a wrist shot from the left circle.
Babson outshot the visitors 8-5 in the third period but was unable to go in front. Durand was in perfect position to catch first-year
Sean Senier's (Melrose, Mass.) shot from the slot 9:30 into the third and sophomore
Ian Driscoll (Middleton, Mass.) saw his bid to break the deadlock go off the left post at the 15:35 mark.
Five of the six shots in overtime belonged to the Green and White and Rosado came up with a big save on Sedlak with 40 seconds remaining to keep the game deadlocked.
The Beavers finished with a 38-26 edge in shots on both teams finished 0-for-3 on the power play on the night.
Both teams return to action on Saturday as Babson hosts Williams at 3 p.m., while Tufts will play the host Thoroughbreds at the Skidmore Thanksgiving Tournament at 2 p.m.

• The Beavers are 18-2-1 all-time against Tufts and are unbeaten in the last seven games between the teams.
• Babson is 1-1-2 in overtime this season.
