SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 19-7 all-time against Framingham State in a series that dates back to the 1977-78 campaign.
• The Beavers have won their last 16 games against the Rams going back to 1989 although the teams have met just three times over the last decade.

LAST MEETING
• Senior Megan Bauman scored 20 points to plead four players in double figures as the Beavers defeated Framingham State, 71-52, on December 31, 2021, in Babson Park.
• Junior Madison Odam posted a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds, sophomore Camilla Silk scored a career-high 15 points and classmate Kiara Simone Davis chipped in with 10 points, six boards and three steals for Babson, which built a 39-24 halftime lead.
• Junior Flannery O'Connor finished with 18 points and eight rebounds, while classmate Katty Haidul added 14 points for the Rams.
SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• No. 17/17 Babson (6-0) stayed unbeaten with a 59-56 win over Williams in the championship game of the Shooting Touch Tournament on Saturday.
• Bauman scored 17 points and grabbed six rebounds, junior Kelly Walsh added 14 points and senior Samantha Smith finished with 13 points, seven boards and three steals for the Beavers, who closed the game with a 21-8 run.
• Smith (13.8 pts, 8.7 reb, 1.8 blocks) is shooting 56.7 percent from the floor, Bauman is averaging 13.5 points and a team-high 4.8 assists, and Walsh is contributing 11.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists and a team-high 2.0 steals in six starts.
• The Green and White ranks 19th in Division in field goal percentage defense (30.7) and are allowing just 54.0 points per game.
SCOUTING THE RAMS
• Framingham State (6-1) has won four straight games and defeated No. 6/7 Smith, 78-74, last Saturday.
• O'Connor finished with 26 points and 15 rebounds and surpassed the 1,000-point mark for her career, while sophomore Katherine Haselton scored 21 points on 9-of-14 shooting for the Rams, who led by as many as 11 in the first half.
• O'Connor (23.0 pts, 12.2 reb) leads the team with five double-doubles, Haidul (16.3 pts, 11.1 reb) is shooting 57.3 percent from the floor, and Haselton is averaging 11.7 points and 4.4 rebounds.
• Framingham State ranks fourth in Division III in rebounding margin (+17.6) and is shooting 45.5 percent from the floor, which ranks eighth nationally.
BAUMAN, SMITH SWEEP NEWMAC WEEKLY AWARDS
• Bauman averaged 16.0 points on 48.5 percent shooting while dishing out 5.3 assists in wins over Brandeis, Framingham State and Williams to earn NEWMAC Offensive Player of the Week honors.
• Smith, who was selected as the Shooting Touch Tournament MVP, averaged 13.7 points on 56.3 percent shooting to go along with 9.3 rebounds, 2.0 steals and one block on the way to being recognized as the league's defensive player of the week.
• Bauman scored a season-high 22 points against Brandeis and was named to the all-tournament team at Williams, while Smith posted her second double-double of the year against the Judges and shot 62.3 percent in two contests over the weekend in Williamstown.
BLINSTRUB NEARING 700 WIN MILESTONE
• Babson head coach Judy Blinstrub recorded the 699th victory of her career on Saturday at Williams and needs just one more to become one of four active coaches in Division III with 700 wins joining Andy Yosinoff of Emmanuel (881), Michael Durbin of Saint Benedict (720) and Michael Miller of Messiah (715).
• Blinstrub, who also won 200 games as the women's soccer coach at Babson from 1984-2005, ranks 11th all-time among Division III coaches in victories.
NUMBERS TO KNOW
• The Beavers have held each of their last five opponents below 36 percent shooting.
• Babson is 19-3 at home going back to the start of the 2020-21 season.
• The Beavers are 28-2 since the beginning of the 2018-19 campaign when holding their foes below 60 points.
• The Green and White is 44-5 when outrebounding its opponents going back to 2019-20.
