BABSON PARK, Mass.—Coming off another successful campaign that included a berth in the NCAA Division III championships and a 21st-place finish, the Babson College men's golf program announced the fall portion of the team's 2026-27 schedule on Thursday.

The announcement came just a week after Babson named Alexander Jones as its new men's and women's golf head coach. Jones joins the Beavers' staff following a successful three-year stint as the assistant men's and women's golf coach at Denison University in Granville, Ohio.

The Beavers will compete in four events this September and October, all four which are 54-hole tournaments. This year's campaign gets underway at the Gate City Invitational at the Forest Oaks Country Club in Greensboro, N.C., on September 14-15. That will be followed by the annual Williams Invitational at Taconic Golf Club in Williamstown, Massachusetts, on September 19-20. 

The Green and White will travel out of New England for its final two events of the fall season, beginning with the West Pines Collegiate at the West Pines Golf Course in Douglasville, Georgia, on October 5-6, hosted by Oglethorpe University. The Beavers will wrap up the fall at the Tartan Invitational, hosted by Carnegie Mellon at the Laurel Valley Golf Club in Ligonier, Pa., on October 12-13.

Last year's Babson squad won two tournaments, the Williams Invitational in September and the Farmingdale State Invitational in April. The Green and White also finished second at Middlebury's Duke Nelson Invitational last September and fourth at the Sam Snead Collegiate in Williamsburg, Va., in April helping the squad secure one of the nine NCAA Tournament at-large berths.

Coach Jones will announce the spring portion of his team's schedule in January.
