WHAT TO KNOW
• Fourth-seeded Babson and fifth-seeded Wellesley will meet for the third time in the span of five days in the opening round of the NEWMAC Tournament on Tuesday in Worcester, Mass.
• The winner will meet top-seeded WPI on Tuesday afternoon, while the loser will play an elimination game on Friday.

SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 32-18 all-time against Wellesley in a series that dates back to 2005.
• The Beavers have won four of their last five games versus the Blue since 2024, which includes a doubleheader sweep last Friday in Babson Park.
• Prior to last Friday, each of the last six games between the teams had been decided by either one or two runs going back to 2023.
• Babson and Wellesley have combined to score five runs or fewer in seven of the last eight games.
POSTSEASON HISTORY
• The Beavers and Blue will meet for the 11th time in NEWMAC Tournament history on Tuesday with the teams having split the previous 10 matchups.
• Tuesday's contest is the first in the postseason between Babson and Wellesley since 2019 when the Green and White opened with a 4-2 victory before suffering a 5-4 loss to the Blue two days late in an elimination game.
• The Green and White eliminated Wellesley from the conference tournament in 2010, 2011 and 2013, and has been eliminated from the NEWMAC playoffs by the Blue three times (2007, 2016, 2019).
LAST MEETING
• The Beavers opened the day with a 5-0 win and finished off the doubleheader sweep with a 9-5 victory over Wellesley last Friday in Babson Park.

Anna Topel struck out five to record her first career shutout in the opening game of the twin bill for Babson.
• Juniors
Lexi Sealey and
Devin McCall combined for four hits and each drove in three runs in game two as the Green and White scored five times in the first inning on the way to recording a 9-5 triumph in the nightcap.
• Brooklyn Awad went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI in game two for the Blue, which left eight runners on base in game one.
SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Fourth-seeded Babson (19-21) followed up its sweep of Wellesley by suffering 8-0 and 10-2 losses at Springfield last Saturday.
• Senior
Sophia Pak went 2-for-3, Cubberly provided a two-run single and Skivo went 1-for-2 with a run scored in game for the Beavers, who gave up seven unanswered runs after cutting their deficit to 3-2 in the top of the fourth.
• Sophomore
Belle DiCampello is batting .351 with nine doubles, two triples, 23 RBI and 12 runs scored, Sealey is hitting .339 with 16 doubles, a home run, 26 RBI and 20 runs scored, and junior
Charlotte Raymond enters the tournament with a .333 average to go along with two homers, nine doubles, 22 RBI and 16 runs scored.
• Topel is 6-6 with a 3.73 ERA to go along with 45 strikeouts in 80.2 innings, junior
Katie Vlacich is 6-10 with a 5.13 earned run average and 55 strikeouts in 87.1 innings pitched, and Sealey (3-3, 3.93 ERA, 57.0 IP) has made 16 of her 19 appearances in relief.
SCOUTING THE BLUE
• Fifth-seeded Wellesley (20-13) concluded the regular season by sweeping Smith with 6-1 and 1-0 victories on Saturday.
• Andrea Delgado was 2-for-3 with two RBI in the opener, Emeline Gaunce finished the day with four hits, which includes a fourth-inning RBI single in game two in support of Lauren Seyller, who struck out eight while twirling a one-hit shutout.
• Alena Mulhern is batting .360 with four extra-base hits, 19 RBI and a team-high 24 runs scored, Delgado is hitting .343 with five extra-base hits, 11 stolen bases, 16 RBI and 17 runs scored, and Brooklyn Awad owns a .339 average to go along with seven doubles, two triples, 14 stolen bases, 20 RBI and 14 runs scored.
• Jill Colgan is 7-3 with a 2.13 ERA in 85.1 innings, Sarah Wicker (7-4, 2.54 ERA) has 78 strikeouts in 80.0 innings and is holding opposing hitters to a .203 average, and Seyller is 5-6 with a 3.70 ERA in 53.0 innings pitched.
BABSON IN THE POSTSEASON
• The Beavers have captured four NEWMAC championships (2004, 2005, 2017, 2021) and has won at least two games in eight of the last nine tournaments going back to 2016.
• In addition to their 2017 and 2021 titles, the Beavers also advanced the championship round of the tournament in 2018, 2024 and 2025
• The Beavers have opened the NEWMAC Tournament with a victory in nine consecutive seasons going back to 2016.
• The Green and White is 8-3 in conference tournament games at Rooftop Field since 2017.
BABSON TRENDS
• DiCampello has reached base safely in 14 of her last 15 games, while Walsh has found her way on base in 11 of her last 12 outings.
• Sealey leads the Green and White with 12 multi-hit and six multi-RBI games, while DiCampello is second in both categories with 11 multi-hit and five multi-RBI games.
• Raymond has at least one RBI in seven of the last nine contests, while junior
Devin McCall has scored a run in six of her last seven starts.
• Skivo, who recorded a career-high four hits in game one of last Friday's twin bill with Wellesley, enters the postseason with a four-game hitting streak after going 8-for-12 (.667) at the dish with a pair of doubles and run scored over four games last weekend.
• Cubberly has started seven of Babson's last nine games and has recorded multiple hits twice and two or more RBI three times during this stretch.

• In 20 games versus league foes this spring, Raymond ranks sixth in doubles (8) and total bases (42), seventh in RBI (17) and eighth in both OPS (1.077) and hits (28).
• Sealey ranks second with 11 doubles and fifth in RBI (18), while Walsh ranks second in walks (12) and is tied for third in triples (2).
TWO AT A TIME
• Sealey's 16 doubles this spring are tied for third on Babson's single-season list and are the most by any player since 2016.
• As a team, the Beavers rank 55th nationally in doubles and their 72 on the year are the program's most since 2016 when they finished with 73.
WHAT TO WATCH FOR
• The Beavers recorded 17 hits in game one and 27 hits over two games in last Friday's sweep of Wellesley.
• Eight different players had at least two hits in last Friday's twin bill, which included Skivo going 6-for-8 and Raymond registering four knocks.
• Wellesley stranded eight runners on base in game one and left nine on the basepaths in game two of the doubleheader.
• Babson has at least one extra-base hit in 12 of its last 13 games going back to April 17. T
• The Beavers have made one error or fewer in 10 consecutive games dating back to game two of their April 18 doubleheader against Coast Guard.
