No. 20 Men's Golf Selected to the NCAA Division III Golf Championship

NCAA Press Release

BABSON PARK, Mass.—
After closing the season with three consecutive top-10 finishes, the Babson College men's golf team earned one of nine at-large bids to the Division III NCAA Championship on Monday afternoon.

The Beavers are to make their first NCAA Championship appearance since 2022 and the program's 13th overall when play begins next Tuesday at the Mission Inn Resort and Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla. Forty-three squads will play 36 holes over the first two days of competition with the top 18 teams advancing to play the final two rounds on Thursday and Friday. The first two rounds will be played on the El Campeon and Las Colinas courses before the final 36 holes shift to El Campeon.

Led by 12th-year head coach Jeff Page, the Beavers are currently ranked 20th in the Bushnell Golfweek Division III coaches' poll and 23rd in the Scoreboard rankings. They finished 10th by posting their lowest 54-hole score of the year (851) against many of the top teams in the country at the Jeykll Island Collegiate Invitational in late March and followed it up with a fourth-place showing at the Sam Snead Collegiate before winning the Farmingdale State Invitational on the Red Course at Bethpage State Park just over two weeks ago.

The Beavers also won the 54-hole Williams Invitational in mid-September after opening the 2025-26 campaign with a runner-up finish at the Ralph Myhre Invitational at Middlebury.

Babson came in 10th at the Division II Championship back in 1972 and recorded its top finish in the Division III Tournament four years ago when it tied for 12th place at  the Mission Inn Resort and Club.
