• No. 6 Babson (11-1, 4-0 NEWMAC) brings a seven-game winning streak into Saturday after posting back-to-back 2-0 shutouts over WPI on Saturday and MIT on Tuesday at MacDowell Field.

Madison Tibbals registered her second and third shutouts of the season, including four saves in the win over MIT. Baroni scored both goals against MIT while DiGiovanni and senior
Laney Reed tallied one each against WPI.

SCOUTING THE BEARS
• Smith (7-5, 2-2 NEWMAC) had a two-game winning streak stopped in a 2-1 conference overtime loss against Springfield on Tuesday evening.
• Senior Callahan Day scored for the Bears early in the fourth quarter to force overtime. First-year Iseul Park made four saves between the pipes in the loss.
• Day (11-4-26) has four multi-goal games this season and is tied for second in the NEWMAC in goals. First-year Anouk Bosket (3-3-9) had at least one point in her first five games, sophomore Halie Yung (3-2-8) has two goals and an assist in her last three games, and first-year Maya Zager (4-0-8) is second on the team in goals. Senior Annika Peterson (3-1-7) and junior Gracie Hylton (2-0-4) are also multi-goal scorers.
• Park (1.87 GAA, 70 saves) has played every minute this season for Smith between the pipes, recording four shutouts and allowing just one goal two other times.
CONFERENCE DOMINANCE
• The Beavers extended their NEWMAC winning streak to 46 games, including the conference tournament, dating back to 2021. The last setback was a 3-2 overtime loss to MIT in the 2019 NEWMAC title game.
• Babson extended its regular season conference winning streak to 72 games over the last 10 years since a 1-0 verdict at Mount Holyoke on October 17, 2015.
