SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (2-3) brings a two-game winning streak into the weekend following a pair of 1-0 victories over Gordon last Saturday at home and Tuesday at Endicott.

Nora Ryan made six saves on Saturday and seven on Tuesday to post her first two shutouts of the season.
• Ferrantino has a goal and an assist this season for the Green and White, while Diletizia, Lee, and Lukowicz have one goal each. Ryan has started all five games in goal and has made 19 saves.
• Diletizia has a team-high 11 shots while Lee has nine and Ferrantino has eight attempts for the Beavers, who have been outshot 73-46 in the five games to date.
SCOUTING THE POLAR BEARS
• Bowdoin (1-2-2) is coming off a 0-0 draw against in-state rival Southern Maine on Tuesday in Gorham, Maine.
• A balanced contest saw the teams each take four shots on goal in the opening half before USM upped the pressure in the second half, holding a 13-2 advantage in shots. Iannone finished with 10 saves to register her third whitewash of the season.
• Nickelson, juniors Stephanie Christianson and Kyra Hacker, and sophomore Cadence Lee all have a goal and an assist this season to lead the Polar Bears, while McLaren and first-years Kayley Huleatt, Dani Musry and Sofi Rua all have one score.
• Iannone (0.72 GAA, .912 sv. pct.) has started the last 26 games for the Polar Bears, posting 12 shutouts, including two this season.
SCOUTING THE LYONS
• Wheaton (4-0-2) has remained undefeated with back-to-back scoreless draws at Bridgewater State back on September 12 and at home against Union on Wednesday in Norton, Mass.
• The Lyons owned an 8-6 shot advantage, including 5-1 in the second half. Wheaton had one last chance to score with just 67 seconds left in the game when senior Lily Brown fired a shot from the top of the box that hit the left post. Junior keeper Patricia Bandrup stopped three shots to record her fourth shutout of the season.
• Junior Julia Sternat (2-2-6) and sophomore Mackenna Reynolds (1-4-6) lead the team in scoring and Brown (2-1-5), junior Ali Roche (2-0-4) and first-year Reilly Hickey (2-0-4) are multi-goal scorers. First-years Emma-Jane Parsons (1-1-3) and Gina Trovato (1-0-2) and senior Natalie Coughlin (1-0-2) have also scored for the Lyons.
• Bandrup (0.33 GAA, .895 sv pct), who has started in goal in every Wheaton game since the start of last season, leads the NEWMAC with four clean sheets.
