WORCESTER, Mass.— The Babson College track and field teams registered one All-New England finish and a pair of top four performances among Divisions I, II and III competitors in their respective events at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) championships Friday afternoon, hosted by the College of the Holy Cross at Hart Turf Field & Hart Track.
Junior
Julian Ivarra (Plano, Texas) earned All-New England honors with a third-place in the men's 10,000 meters in a season-best time of 31:11.75. He was the top Division III runner and the only non-Division III finisher in the top five. He shaved nearly 20 seconds off his previous season-best of 31:31.22 that he ran back on March 30.

Chris McDonough (North Andover, Mass.) won his heat and placed fourth overall in the preliminaries of the men's 100-meter dash in a time of 10.61 seconds. It was the top time of the Division III sprinters in the race and 0.05 seconds behind third-place Sean Glass of Merrimack and 0.07 seconds off his program record (10.54). He advances to the 100-meter finals, which are Saturday at 1:05 p.m.

Colleen Corman (Quaker Hill, Conn.) represented the Babson women with a 13th place in the 400-meter hurdles prelims with a season-best time of 1:07.29. She placed fourth among Division III athletes and dropped 0.36 seconds off her previous season best of 1:07.65.

Stratton Seymour (Merrimac, Mass.) competed in the men's 400-meter hurdles for the Green and White men, overcoming a stumble on the eighth hurdle to place 29th in a time of 59.98, slightly over his previous season best of 56.94.
