SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• No. 20 Babson (10-1, 6-0 NEWMAC) will bring a nine-game winning streak into Wednesday's game after blowing past Salve Regina on Saturday, 22-2, at MacDowell Field.

SCOUTING THE ENGINEERS
• No. 15 MIT (11-1, 5-0 NEWMCAC) is also riding a nine-game winning streak after a 25-2 rout of Mount Holyoke on Saturday in Cambridge.
• Junior Julianne Flusche (4g, 3a) and Rabenold (2g, 5a) led the Engineers with seven points and Thomas (5g, 1a) added six points in the win. Pyon scored three goals and grabbed six draws, first-year Maeve McGinnis contributed a goal and three assists, and first-year Jillian Butler caused four turnovers and grabbed five ground balls.
• Thomas (41-26-67) leads the NEWMAC in goals and points and Rabenold (30-20-50) is in the top 10 in all three offensive categories. Flusche (29-12-41) and Pyon (26-9-35) are also high-scoring offensive threats and Flusche (34), Meredith Arterburn (30) and Pyon (29) are all strong on draws.
• Flusche (15), Pyon (12) and Arterburn (11) top the Engineers in caused turnovers. Sophomore Molly Dulde (8.00 GAA, .566 sv. pct) has started 10 games in goal and has earned nine wins between the pipes.
BABSON VS. RANKED TEAMS
• The Beavers are 2-1 this season against teams in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III poll.
• Babson suffered its only loss to No. 1 Middlebury (18-5) but registered victories over No. 17 Chicago (13-9) and No. 13 Trinity (16-7).
NATIONAL RANKINGS
• The Beavers are ranked fifth in Division III in scoring offense (17.64 goals/game) and sixth in scoring margin (+11.09).
• The Green and White are also ranked eighth in scoring defense (6.55 goals/game).
• Babson is 11th in draw control percentage (.624), 20th in draw controls per game (16.91) and 37th in caused turnovers per game (12.64).
DOMINANCE IN THE NEWMAC
• Babson is 54-5 in regular season games against NEWMAC opponents since the start of 2016, with two of the losses to MIT (2018, 2023) and the other three to Springfield (2017, 2021, 2022).
• Eighteen of the last 21 regular season conference victories going back to 2022 have been by at least 10 goals.
STREAKING BEAVERS
• The current nine-game winning streak for the Green and White is tied for the fifth-longest in program history and the longest since the Beavers won nine in a row in 2016.
• The longest winning streaks in program history were 13 in a row in 1996 and 2009 and 12 straight in 2007 and 2012.
