SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 3-2 all-time against Salve Regina in a series that dates back to 1996.
• The Beavers swept the Seahawks in a doubleheader in 2022 in the first games between the two schools since 2005.
• The first three meetings between the Beavers and Seahawks were played in Florida in 1996, 2000, and 2005.

• Babson got a shutout from Logan MacDonald in the opener and scored 12 unanswered runs in game two on the way to sweeping Salve, 3-0 and 13-5 in six innings, at Alumni Field.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (18-15, 7-7 NEWMAC) is coming off a sweep on Tuesday over Endicott, which is No. 1 in this week's NCAA Region II rankings.

Michaela Russell went 4-for-4 and delivered a two-out, two-run walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh inning for a 9-8 victory of the nightcap, finishing with three singles, a double, two stolen bases and three RBI.

SCOUTING THE SEAHAWKS
• Salve Regina (12-18, 5-9 NEWMAC) heads into Friday's NEWMAC doubleheader at Coast Guard with a four-game losing streak, including a pair of losses to MIT last Saturday, 14-0 and 3-2.
• The Seahawks managed just two hits in the first game against MIT, including a pair by junior Sam Franceschi. Salve scored two runs on six hits in the second game, including two more hits by Franceschi, and first-years Emily Cronin and Emma Plourde each drove in a run. Junior Alex Kelly allowed just three runs and struck out three in six innings in the circle but took the loss.
• Franceschi is batting .355 with five doubles, senior Maddie Capetta is hitting .338 with six doubles and 13 RBI, junior Morganti Bello (.317) has eight doubles, a triple, and 10 RBI, and Cronin (.316) has four doubles, two home runs and 14 RBI.
• Kelly (5-6) has a 3.23 earned run average with seven complete games, striking out 67 batters in 73.2 innings. Cronin (2-3) has two complete games in six starts, fanning 30 batters in 30.1 innings of work.
AGGRESSIVE ON THE RUN
• The Beavers rank 26th in Division III in stolen bases per game (2.76) and 26th nationally with a single-season program record 91 stolen bases this spring.
• Hadjipanayis (18), Moore (17), and Walsh (16) all rank in the top five in the NEWMAC in stolen bases this season.
• Moore has equaled the program's all-time record of 63 steals, which was set by Andrea Cartullo's '07.
O'REILLY ON FIRE
• Over her last seven starts going back to April 6, O'Reilly is 7-0 with a 0.88 ERA, allowing just 30 hits in 48.0 inning while fanning 73.
• She has tossed three shutouts in addition to carrying two more into the seventh inning and boasts a 0.98 WHIP while holding opposing hitters to a .188 batting average during this stretch.
BEAVER BITES
• Raymond extended her hitting streak to 12 games on Tuesday and has reached base safely in each of her last 14 starts going back to April 6.
• Russell has a hit in six consecutive starts in addition to having reached base safely in 12 straight games.
• O'Reilly matched the program shutout record with her whitewash against Endicott. She has tied Brooke Stock's '20 M'21 program record of 19 and sits four wins away from matching Ali Reilly's '18 school record of 60.
