SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• No. 23 Babson (6-1, 3-0 NEWMAC) will bring a five-game winning streak to Boston after thrashing Mount Holyoke on Wednesday, 22-1, at MacDowell Field.
• Seven different players scored multiple goals and three players tallied their first goal of the season for the Beavers. Graduate student

• The Beavers boast a balanced offense with Ives (18-6-24), Blake (13-10-23), Evans (17-5-21), and Novitch (14-8-22) all separated by just two points. Connolly has controlled 65 draws and ranks 10th in Division III in draw controls per game.
• The Green and White also feature a balanced defense as Costello has 16 caused turnovers while Manning has 12, Hacker has 11 and senior
Zoë Michaud has 10. Murphy has a 8.76 goals against average and a .435 save percentage.
SCOUTING THE LIONS
• Emerson (3-4, 0-2 NEWMCAC) has dropped its last two games following a 19-9 setback at Wheaton on Wednesday evening in Norton, Mass.
• Sophomore Ava Selby scored three goals and grabbed eight draw controls while senior Maddy Reyes and junior Callie Krosin tallied two goals and an assist in the loss. First-year Ava DelliCompagni filled up the stat sheet with two goals, four draw controls, three caused turnovers and three ground balls. Sophomore Ellie Spotts stopped nine shots in goal for the Lions.
• The Lions boast a balanced attack with DelliCompagni (17-12-29), senior Lauren Longstreet (23-5-28) and Krosin (13-15-28) all among the league leaders in scoring. Reyes (13-10-23), Selby (17-4-21) and Grace Danehy (14-5-19) are also offensive threats, and DelliCompagni has a team-high 51 draw controls.
• Sophomore Samantha Bowen (11), DelliCompagni (10) and Selby (10) have combined for 31 caused turnovers. Spotts (16.94 GAA, .395 sv. pct) and 23 Lindsey Wettstein (17.82 GAA, .319 sv. pct) have split time in the Lions goal.
CONFERENCE HONORS
• Evans became the second Beaver this season to received weekly conference honors when she was named NEWMAC Offensive Athlete of the Week on Monday.
• She finished the weekend with seven goals and three assists for 10 points, including four goals in Saturday's 20-3 rout of Smith and a season-high six points on three goals and three assists in the win over Trinity.
BABSON VS. THE NEWMAC
• Babson is 43-4 in regular season games against NEWMAC opponents since the start of 2016.
• Fifteen of the last 18 regular season conference victories going back to 2022 have been by at least 10 goals.
BEAVER BITES
• Connolly has recorded double-digit draw controls in four straight games, and 13 of the past 18 outings dating back to last season.
