Walker White made six saves in 81 minutes in goal as No. 18 Babson registered a 3-0 victory over Emerson on September 30, 2023 at Rotch Field in Boston.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• No. 12 Babson (4-0-6, 0-0-1 NEWMAC) remained undefeated with a 1-1 draw at No. 2 Tufts on Tuesday night in Medford.

Alexander Yablonovskiy scored his second goal of the season in the 80th minute, only to see the Jumbos answer with the tying goal in the 89th minute. White made four saves in goal for the Beavers.

SCOUTING THE LIONS
• Emerson (3-5-2, 0-1-1 NEWMAC) is unbeaten in its last two games with a 1-1 draw vs. WPI last Saturday and a 2-0 victory over Westfield State on Tuesday.
• Sophomore Jason Karas and first-year Owen Simas both scored their first goal of the season in the win over Westfield, and senior Theodore Bushara and junior Kyler Maira collected assists. Hobbs made five saves for his first clean sheet of the season. Graduate student Dominic Reiter scored for the Lions in the draw against WPI.
• Bushara (3-3-9) leads the team in scoring and first-year Riler Selman (2-1-5) and Reiter (2-0-4) are multi-goal scorers. Sophomore Thomas Pelino (1-1-2) has played a part in two goals and junior Diego Garcia-Ocampo (0-2-2) leads the team in assists.
• Hobbs (1.40 GAA, 17 svs) and sophomore Wylie Jelinek (1.80 GAA, 20 svs) have each played five games between the pipes for the Lions.
BABSON VS. THE NEWMAC
• The Beavers are 26-1-10 against the NEWMAC in the regular season since the start of the 2018 campaign.
• Babson is unbeaten in the last 23 games (18-0-5) against NEWMAC foes, including playoffs, since a 1-0 regular season loss to MIT back on October 23, 2021.

• The Beavers have played to a draw in six of their first 10 games this season after setting the program record with seven draws last season.
