SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 11-0-0 with nine shutouts all-time against Emerson in a series that dates back to 2013.
• The Beavers have outscored the Lions 31-2 over the 11 meetings.
• The Green and White have won all five games at MacDowell Field, although two of the last three have been 1-0 decisions.

LAST MEETING
• Justin Stone M'24 scored two goals and senior keeper Walker White made six saves in 81 minutes in goal as No. 18 Babson registered a 3-0 victory over Emerson on September 30, 2023 at Rotch Field in Boston.
• Sophomore Will Lloyd also scored for the Beavers and Ryan Grund '23 M'24 and Sam Morgan M'24 recorded assists in the win. Mack Lemkau came on in relief of White for the last nine minutes and made two saves.
• Sophomore Beckett Hobbs had a busy day in the Lions goal and finished with a season-high 15 saves.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• No. 12 Babson (4-0-6, 0-0-1 NEWMAC) remained undefeated with a 1-1 draw at No. 2 Tufts on Tuesday night in Medford.
• Sophomore Alexander Yablonovskiy scored his second goal of the season in the 80th minute, only to see the Jumbos answer with the tying goal in the 89th minute. White made four saves in goal for the Beavers.
• Graduate student James Donaldson (2-2-6) and Yablonovskiy (2-1-3) are the top scorers for the Green and White, while juniors Joao Araujo (2-0-4), Liam Goldstein (2-0-4), and James Modiano (1-2-4) and graduate student Kento Abe (1-2-4) give the Beavers a balanced attack. Graduate student Tyler Fidrych (0-3-3) leads the team in assists.
• White (0.60 GAA, 27 svs, 4 SO) leads the NEWMAC in goals against average and shutouts.

SCOUTING THE LIONS
• Emerson (3-5-2, 0-1-1 NEWMAC) is unbeaten in its last two games with a 1-1 draw vs. WPI last Saturday and a 2-0 victory over Westfield State on Tuesday.
• Sophomore Jason Karas and first-year Owen Simas both scored their first goal of the season in the win over Westfield, and senior Theodore Bushara and junior Kyler Maira collected assists. Hobbs made five saves for his first clean sheet of the season. Graduate student Dominic Reiter scored for the Lions in the draw against WPI.
• Bushara (3-3-9) leads the team in scoring and first-year Riler Selman (2-1-5) and Reiter (2-0-4) are multi-goal scorers. Sophomore Thomas Pelino (1-1-2) has played a part in two goals and junior Diego Garcia-Ocampo (0-2-2) leads the team in assists.
• Hobbs (1.40 GAA, 17 svs) and sophomore Wylie Jelinek (1.80 GAA, 20 svs) have each played five games between the pipes for the Lions.

BABSON VS. THE NEWMAC
• The Beavers are 26-1-10 against the NEWMAC in the regular season since the start of the 2018 campaign.
• Babson is unbeaten in the last 23 games (18-0-5) against NEWMAC foes, including playoffs, since a 1-0 regular season loss to MIT back on October 23, 2021.

TIE SCORE
• The Beavers have played to a draw in six of their first 10 games this season after setting the program record with seven draws last season.
• Babson has tied two of its five home games this fall to go along with three one-goal victories on Hartwell-Rogers Field.

ON THE DEFENSE
• The Beavers have allowed just six goals in 10 games this year, with four shutouts and no more than one goal allowed in any contest.
