SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• No. 6 Babson (6-1-1, 1-0-0 NEWMAC) was handed its first setback of the season with a 2-1 loss at No. 11 Tufts on Monday evening in Medford.

Will Devall (0.71 GAA, .833 sv. pct) is 5-1-1 with three shutouts and ranks third in the NEWMAC in goals against average and second in save percentage.
SCOUTING THE COUGARS
• Clark (2-4-2, 1-1-0 NEWMAC) picked up its first conference win of the season with a 1-0 triumph over defending regular season champion Wheaton last Saturday in Worcester.
• First-year Julian Dubash scored the only goal of the game in the 64th minute with an assist from sophomore Brendan Stevenson. Senior Jaime Pedraza made seven saves for a clean sheet in goal after Wheaton outshot the Cougars, 15-4.
• Dubash (2-1-5) and senior Marc Kim (2-1-5) share the team scoring lead for the Cougars, who have been outscored 16-8. First-year Bodhi Bhaskar, senior Myles Nelson-Atkins, and sophomores Jacob Ordonez and Shahmeer Waseem all have one goal each.
• Pedraza (2.00 GAA, 0.689 sv. pct) is 2-4-1 in seven starts with one shutout while senior David Kellogg made one save in a 2-2 tie in his only appearance.
FACING THE NEWMAC
• After blanking Springfield 1-0 in the NEWMAC opener last Saturday, the Beavers are 12-2-3 against conference opponents in the regular season since 2024 and 24-2-6 dating back to 2022.
• Babson has won the last two conference tournament championships and four in the last five seasons going back to 2021.
• The Beavers were picked to finish second behind Wheaton when the NEWMAC released its preseason coaches' poll back in August.
ONE-GOAL DIFFERENCE
• All six Babson wins and its only loss this season were decided by just one goal.
• The Beavers were 5-7-4 last fall in games decided by one goal or ended in a tie, and 6-0-0 in games decided by at least two goals.
• The Green and White are 19-8-12 in one-goal outcomes or ties since the start of the 2024 season.
MOVING UP THE CHARTS
• With his goal last Saturday against Springfield, Yablonovskiy now has 22 in 68 career matches tying him for 15th on the Beavers' all-time list. He also ranks 23rd program's all-time points list with 55.
• After scoring 10 goals in 39 games over his first two seasons at Babson, Yablonovskiy has tallied 12 times in 29 matches going back to the start of last year.
BEAVER BITES
• Yablonovskiy has a goal or an assist in five of his eight games this fall and nine of his last 12 games dating back to last season.
• Lloyd has started 56 consecutive matches for the Beavers going back to the 2023 NCAA Tournament.

Henry Bacon has played all 720 minutes on defense for the Beavers this season and sophomore back
Adam Stetson has logged 713 minutes.
• Devall was tagged for two goals in the loss to Tufts on Monday after conceding just three goals in his first six outings, including a streak of 275 scoreless minutes.
NUMBERS TO KNOW
• Babson opened this season with a seven-game unbeaten streak (6-0-1) for the second time in three years and just the second time since accomplishing it three years in a row from 1989-91.
• The Green and White are 4-0 this season and 31-0-4 going back to 2022 when leading at halftime.
• The Beavers are 55-4-6 since 2019 when scoring the first goal of the game.
