SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• No. 2 Babson (7-1, 1-0 NEWMAC) is looking to keep the momentum going after a 7-0 whitewash of Skidmore on Wednesday at MacDowell Field.

Meara Hanyon (2-4-8) give the Beavers a balanced offensive attack.
• Furmanek (7-1, 1.00 GAA, .789 sv. pct), who made a season-high 13 saves in last Sunday's 3-2 loss at No. 1 Middlebury, tops the NEWMAC in goals against average and shares the lead with three shutouts.
SCOUTING THE LYONS
• Wheaton (3-4, 0-1 NEWMAC) will face a tough challenge after dropping its last three games, including the last two by 2-1 scores to Wellesley on Sunday and Worcester State on Tuesday. The Lyons have already matched their season victory total from last season.
• Junior Macey Poitras-Cote tallied her first goal of the season in the loss to Wellesley and Knox found the back of the net in the setback to Worcester State. Lapreziosa combined for 15 saves in the two outings.
• Senior Anda Brown (5-1-11) leads the team in scoring and Gaudreau (4-1-9) and first-year Ally Slicer (4-0-8) are close behind. Poitras-Cote (1-3-5) and sophomore Mackenna Cooke (0-3-3) share the team lead in assists.
• Lapreziosa (3-4, 1.71 GAA, .821 sv. pct) has started all seven games in goal for the Lyons and is third in the NEWMAC in both goals against average and save percentage.
DOUBLE IT UP
• McGrath scored two goals in a game for the third time this season (Roger Williams, Clark, Skidmore) and ninth time in her career.
• Three other Beavers have score twice in a game this season -- Marsh vs. Connecticut College, Marguerite at No. 5 Williams, and DiGiovanni against No. 15 Bates.
CONFERENCE HONOR FOR WALSH
• Walsh became the second straight Beaver to earn a conference weekly award (following Marguerite) on Monday when she was named NEWMAC Offensive Athlete of the Week.
• The Holy Cross transfer scored a pair of goals and contributed four assists for eight points in a 3-0 week for Babson.
BEAVER BITES
• Walsh has recorded at least one point in six of her eight games this season, including her last four.
• McGrath has moved into the top 10 on Babson's all-time scoring list with 104 career points. She also ranks 11th with 41 goals and tied for 13th with 22 assists.
NATIONAL DISCUSSION
• Despite the loss to Middlebury, Babson moved up one spot to No. 2 in this week's NFHCA Division III poll.
• The ranking matches the highest in program history after reaching No. 2 on October 10, 2017.
