WHAT TO KNOW
• Five members of the Babson men's and women's track & field teams will compete at the MIT Final qualifier on Thursday afternoon in Cambridge.
• Thursday marks the final day to post a qualifying mark for the NCAA Division III national championships prior to the announcement of the official selections for this year's meet on Friday.

WHO'S COMPETING
• Graduate student Ryan Wilson and sophomore Jack Reynolds will represent the Babson men, while senior Lauren Zatulove, sophomore Angela Hagstrom and first-year Brooke Jankowski will compete for the women's squad.
• Wilson will run in the 1500 meters, Reynolds will take part in the high jump, Zatulove with throw the shot put and both Hagstrom (400 meters) and Jankowski (100 meters) will both race in the hurdles.

HEADING TO NATIONALS
• Junior Eric Bottern continued his success in the shot put by resetting his own school record for the sixth time with a throw of 56-feet, 8.75-inches to place third at the NEICAAA Championships last weekend.
• His mark currently ranks as the fourth best this season in Division III, ensuring him a spot at the national championship meet over Memorial Day weekend in Rochester, N.Y.

BEAVER BITES
• Junior Anthony Rodriguez, who is not slated to run on Thursday, ranks 30th in Division III in the men's 10,000 meters.
• Hagstrom currently ranks 68th in Division III with her season-best time of 1:05.12 in the 400-meter hurdles, while Jankowski is currently 70th with a top time of 14.97 in the 100-meter hurdles.

RECORD-SETTING SPRING
• The Beavers have set a dozen new school records this spring:
• Women (4): Ashna Krishnamurthy -- Long Jump (17-feet, 2.75-inches) and Triple Jump (35-feet, 10.5-inches); 4x100-meter relay -- Caroline Reilly, Jankowski, Robyn Wilkes, Hagstrom (49.25); 4x400-meter relay -- Reilly, Jankowski, Chloe Clifford, Hagstrom (4:03.37)
• Men (8): Agard – 100 meters (10.89); Yudai Yamakawa -- 3000-meter steeplechase (9:51.53); Rodriguez -- 5000 meters (14:40.02) and 10,000 meters (30:12.90); Bottern -- Shot Put (55-feet, 10.5-inches), Discus (140-feet, 1-inch) and Hammer Throw (155-feet, 11-inches); Thomas Croissant -- Pole Vault (12-feet, 7.5-inches).
