SERIES HISTORY
• Babson is 32-29-11 all-time against Brandeis in a series that dates back to 1955.
• The teams alternated wins and losses by the home team in seven straight encounters from 2015 to 2022 before a 2-2 draw in 2023, the first tie between the two sides since 2006.
• The last 23 games going back to 2003 have been decided by two goals or less, including three ties and 14 one-goal affairs.
• Babson's 2-0 win at Gordon Field in 2024 snapped a seven-game losing streak on the Judges' home turf.

LAST MEETING
• Visiting Brandeis rallied with a pair of goals 13 minutes apart midway through the second half to defeat No. 12 Babson, 2-1, on September 20, 2025, at Hartwell-Rogers Field.
• Senior Will Lloyd scored the lone goal for the Beavers, who finished with an 8-7 advantage in shots and took 11 of the game's 12 corner kicks.
• Nico Beninda '26 and senior Juan Vera tallied goals for the Judges, and senior Aidan Chuang and Elan Romo '26 registered assists. Tyler Correnti '26 made three saves to record the win in goal.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
• Babson (3-0-0) remained unbeaten to start the season after taking both games in the Keene State Kickoff Classic, defeating the host Owls 2-1 on Saturday and rallying past Ramapo on Sunday, 3-2.
• Lloyd, junior Christian Gardner and sophomore Connor Hanrahan each scored goals in less than six minutes late in the second half to defeat Ramapo. Graduate student Drew Stephans and seniors McKenzy Pierre and Alexander Yablonovskiy all recorded an assist for the Beavers, and junior goalkeeper JB Montague made two saves in his first start of the season.
• Hanrahan (3-0-6) has scored in all three games this season, while Lloyd, Gardner, Pierre and Yablonovskiy have all notched a goal and an assist while Stephans (0-2-2) leads the team in assists.
• Graduate student Will Devall (1.00 GAA, 6 saves) is 2-0-0 in a pair of starts while Montague (2.00 GAA, 2 saves) is 1-0-0 after going 10-5-2 with a 0.80 goal against average and seven shutouts in 18 starts last season.

SCOUTING THE JUDGES
• No. 18 Brandeis (1-1-1), which finished 10-4-5 last season and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament, is coming off a 2-2 draw at Regis on Saturday in Weston, Mass.
• Seniors Kenshin Murakawa and Keller Chamovitz scored goals against Regis, and classmate Maddox Yu and junior Dylan Marzouca registered assists. Senior Benny Shin made one save in the Judges' goal as Brandeis outshot the hosts 25-7.
• Chamovitz (2-0-4) is the lone multi-goal scorer for the Judges while Chuang, Murakawa, junior Charlie Culbert and graduate student Joaquin Sanchez-Korenfeld each have one goal.
• Shin (1.00 GAA, 1 save) is 1-0-1 in two starts between the pipes while first-year keeper Gianni Nrecaj made five saves in a 3-2 loss to Hobart in his only appearance.

HANRAHAN RECEIVES CONFERENCE HONOR
• With goals in all three of Babson's victories last week, Hanrahan was tabbed as the NEWMAC Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday. 
• He scored a tying goal in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Gordon, the game-winner in Saturday's 2-1 verdict over Keene State, and another game-tying goal in the second half of Babson's 3-2 triumph over Ramapo on Sunday.

HOT START FOR THE BEAVERS
• Babson is enjoying its first 3-0 start since 2014, when it defeated Saint Joseph's of Maine (3-1), Illinois Wesleyan (2-1) and Western New England (1-0) on the way to finishing 17-6, capturing a NEWMAC Tournament title and reaching the NCAA Tournament.
• The Beavers also started 3-0 in 2013 before suffering a 1-0 loss at Brandeis.
• The last 4-0 start for the Green and White came in 2012 with wins over Wentworth (5-0), Salem State (4-0), Bridgewater State (3-2-OT) and TCNJ (2-0).

COMEBACK FROM DOWN TWO
• Babson's victory over Ramapo after trailing 2-0 was the first tie or win since a 2-2 draw against Covenant on September 12, 2025.
• The Beavers conceded a 2-0 lead to Oneonta State in the first round of the 2019 NCAA Tournament and came back to tie the match before falling in overtime, 3-2.
• The Green and White also drew even (2-2) against MIT after going down two goals in a NEWMAC Tournament semifinal on November 3, 2013, but fell on penalty kicks, 5-4.
• The last victory after being down 2-0 was a 3-2 overtime verdict over Bridgewater State on September 4, 2012.
• The 2-0 deficits against Covenant, Oneonta and Ramapo were all in the second half.

ONE-GOAL DIFFERENCE
• All three Babson wins this season have come by just one goal.
• The Beavers were 5-7-4 last fall in games decided by one goal or ended in a tie, and 6-0-0 in games decided by at least two goals.
• The Green and White are 16-7-11 in one-goal outcomes or ties since the start of the 2024 season.

BEAVER BITES
• Hanrahan has a goal in four of the last five outings going back to last year's NCAA Tournament.
• Yablonovskiy, who became just the third Babson player over the last decade to record double-digit goals in a season last fall, has a point in six of the last seven games going back to the 2025 postseason. 
• Lloyd has started 49 consecutive matches for the Beavers going back to the 2023 NCAA Tournament. 
• Sophomore Adam Stetson and first-years Adonai Samuel and Cole Barrett all made their first collegiate starts in last Tuesday's win over Gordon, while Devall, who transferred from Skidmore, and Colgate transfer Stephans were also part of the starting XI in their Babson debuts. 

NUMBERS TO KNOW
• Sunday's victory over Ramapo is the second time this season and just the third time over 15 matches since 2024 that the Beavers have rallied to win after conceding the first goal.
• The triumph over Ramapo was also the first time since 2023 and just the second time in 15 outings since 2021 that the Beavers have won when trailing at halftime.
• The Green and White are 52-2-5 since 2022 when scoring the first goal of the game.
• Babson is now unbeaten in 22 straight matches dating back to the start of the 2024 campaign when scoring at least two goals.
