WHAT TO KNOW
•    The Babson women's soccer team is set for back-to-back games playing host to No. 2 Emory on Saturday morning on Hartwell-Rogers Field before traveling to central New York for a matchup with Hamilton on Sunday afternoon. 

SERIES HISTORY
vs. Emory
•    First meeting 

vs. Hamilton
•    Babson is 0-0-1 against the Continentals after battling to a 2-2 draw on September 21, 2025, at Hartwell-Rogers Field. 
•    Haley Cramer and Isabel Harvey staked Hamilton to a 2-0 lead just over nine minutes into the match before senior Ally Clarkson scored in the 38th minute and junior Josie Lee notched the equalizer in the 52nd minute for the Beavers. 

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS
•    Babson (1-2-0) is looking to rebound from a 2-0 loss at Brandeis on Wednesday afternoon. 
•    Senior goalkeeper Callahan Cottone made three first-half saves, sophomore Maisie Creamer stopped two shots over the final 45 minutes and first-year Emma Radley led all players with four shots and hit the post in the 66th minute for the Beavers, who also saw senior Caroline Sutherland clear away a Brandeis scoring chance following a corner kick early in the second half. 
•    Radley scored the team's only goal of the season off an assist from junior Mack Feeney in last Saturday's 1-0 win over Union, and the quartet of junior Josie Lee (6-3-15), Sutherland (3-0-6), junior Lillian McAughan (2-1-5) and sophomore Izzy Lee (2-1-5) combined to provide 13 of Babson's 18 markers in 2025. 
•    Cottone (1.33 GAA) has stopped four of the six shots she has faced in three starts on the year, while Creamer (0.67 GAA) boasts a .900 save percentage in 135 minutes of action this fall. 

SCOUTING THE EAGLES
•    No. 2 Emory (1-0-1), the defending NCAA Division III runner-up, followed up a 3-0 win over Transylvania in its season opener on September 4 with a 1-1 draw at Centre (Ky.) last Sunday. 
•    Madison Teng tied the game off an assist by Mikayla Camp in the 24th minute and Rachel Carr made one save for the Eagles, who finished with a 20-9 edge in shots although the teams combined to put just six attempts on frame in the match. 
•    Teng leads the team in scoring (2-0-4), Siena Elder and Zia Tomlin have each provided a goal, and Camp, Kaitlyn Nimmer and Sophia Asiain each have one assist to lead the offense, while Carr owns a 0.50 goals against average and has stopped three of the four shots she has faced in two starts. 
•    Emory, which won a school-record 21 games last fall, returns eight of its top nine scorers highlighted by Nimmer (13-12-38), Camp (13-0-26) and Teng (8-7-23) after advancing to the national title game for the second time in school history. 

SCOUTING THE CONTINENTALS 
•    Hamilton (1-1-0) followed up a 7-0 win at Oswego in its season opener last Saturday by suffering a 3-0 loss to 10th-ranked Williams on Tuesday. 
•    Corah Boller made five of her eight saves over the first 45 minutes for the Continentals, who were outshot 20-9 while conceding 14 corner kicks to the Ephs in the loss. 
•    Seven different players scored in the win over Oswego including Haley Cramer, who finished with a goal and two assists for four points and Lila Sullivan, who was one of five players to contribute an assist in the triumph.
•    Hamilton returns eight players that started at least 10 matches and its top five scorers, including Isabel Harvey (6-0-12) and Cramer (5-0-10), from a team that finished 8-5-3 after falling to Middlebury in the NESCAC quarterfinals. 

WHAT TO KNOW
•    Saturday's match is the third for Babson against a UAA opponent over its first four games after falling 1-0 to NYU on September 1 and 2-0 at Brandeis on Wednesday. 
•    Sunday's game at Hamilton is the first of two this season against a NESCAC foe for the Beavers, who will host ninth-ranked Middlebury on October 11. 
•    Babson's last three games versus NESCAC opponents over the last two seasons have ended in a draw. In addition to last year's 2-2 result against Hamilton, the Green and White played to a 1-1 draw at Bowdoin on September 20, 2024, and finished in a scoreless deadlock at Middlebury on October 13, 2024. 

BABSON PICKED THIRD IN NEWMAC PRESEASON POLL
•    On the heels of its fifth consecutive top-four finish in the regular season league standings, Babson was picked to finish third when the NEWMAC released its preseason coaches' poll in late August. 
•     The Beavers totaled 97 points to finish just ahead of fourth-place Emerson (94 points), while defending league champions MIT garnered 11 of 12 first place votes to finish well ahead of second-place Springfield (102 points). 
•    The Green and White hosts Springfield in its NEWMAC opener on September 19. 

BEAVER BITES
•    Senior Claudia Baiter and sophomore Lindsey Cassady have played the full 90 minutes in each of Babson's first three matches. 
•    Feeney's assist last Saturday against Union was her first since October 30, 2024, in a 3-2 win over Springfield.
•    Sophomore Riley Wright made her Babson debut as a first-half substitute at Brandeis, while Radley (61), first-year Mia Eglintine (55) and fellow rookie Jaxie Hrkach (54) played their most minutes off the season off the bench on Wednesday. 

NUMBERS TO KNOW
•    The Beavers are unbeaten in 32 consecutive matches (28-0-4) when leading at halftime dating back to the start of the 2022 campaign. 
•    Babson is 14-1-3 when scoring the first goal of the match since the beginning of the 2024 campaign. 
•    In 21 games going back to the start of last season, both the Beavers and their opponent have both scored on just seven occasions. 
•    The Green and White is 9-3-4 when conceding one goal or fewer dating back to the start of the 2025 campaign.
