SERIES HISTORY
• The Beavers have a 38-18 advantage over MIT in the all-time series that dates back to 1984.

• DiGiovanni (7-1-15) and Baroni (6-3-15) give the Beavers a strong 1-2 punch on offense as two of the top eight scorers in the NEWMAC. Schneider (4-0-8) is enjoying a solid rookie campaign and had her first multi-goal performance with two goals against Mount Holyoke. Golden (3-1-7) has a point in three of her last four games, and senior
Grace Mullaney (2-2-6) provides offensive and defensive support from the midfield.
• Tibbals (7-3, 1.19 GAA) has needed to make just 23 saves in her 10 starts, ranks second in the NEWMAC in goals against average and is tied for the league lead with four shutouts.
SCOUTING THE ENGINEERS
• MIT (5-5, 3-0 NEWMAC) posted its second straight conference shutout victory with a 1-0 verdict over Springfield on Saturday in Cambridge.
• Senior Janie Thomas scored the only goal of the game late in the second quarter with an assist from graduate student Grace Johnson. The Engineers secured the one-goal victory despite outshooting the Pride 20-1, including 9-0 in shots on goal and 16-0 in penalty corners.
• Senior Ingrid Tomovski (4-4-12) and Thomas (5-1-11) lead the Engineers in scoring while seniors Jane Tortorella (3-0-6) and Audrey Oh (2-0-4) are also multi-goal scorers. MIT has gotten its 19 goals from nine different scorers.
• Sophomore Alexia Ninios (5-5, 1.78 GAA) has made 54 saves and and is tied for third in the NEWMAC with three shutouts.
NEWMAC DOMINANCE
• With Saturday's win over WPI, Babson extended its NEWMAC regular season winning streak to 80 games dating back to 2015.
• The Beavers have captured 56 straight contests against NEWMAC opponents including the conference tournament, since the start of the 2021 campaign. The last setback was a 3-2 overtime loss to MIT in the 2019 NEWMAC title game.
• The Green and White have won 10 consecutive NEWMAC regular season titles since 2015 and have captured five straight tournament championships since 2021.
MULTI-GOAL GAMES
• The Beavers have had seven times this season when a player scored at least two goals in a game.
• DiGiovanni scored twice in games against Endicott and Wellesley, Baroni notched two goals against Saint Joseph's (Maine) and three vs. the University of New England, and Golden (Wellesley), Schneider (Mount Holyoke) and Krepelka (WPI) each have one two-goal performance.
WINS AND LOSSES
• The Beavers have outscored their opponents 28-1 in their seven victories with six shutouts.
• The Green and White have been outscored 10-1 in their three losses and blanked twice.
• Babson is 2-3 this season against nationally ranked teams, all of which were top 10 opponents.
